I recently had the pleasure of dining at JIANGNANGE, a Chinese restaurant located in Riyadh. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the beautiful interior design. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal.
The staff at JIANGNANGE were incredibly friendly and attentive. They greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my dining experience. Their professionalism and hospitality added to the overall positive experience.
Now, let's talk about the food. JIANGNANGE offers a wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes at an economical price. I was particularly blown away by their Rice with Noodles and Sweet and Sour Chicken combo. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the portion size was generous. It was a truly satisfying and mouthwatering dish.
One dish that stood out to me was the Tomato with Egg Soup. It was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The soup had a comforting and homey quality to it, making it a unique and tasty choice.
Overall, I highly recommend JIANGNANGE for anyone looking for a Chinese dining experience in Riyadh. The nice interior, friendly staff, and good food make it a fantastic choice. Don't miss out on the Rice with Noodles and Sweet and Sour Chicken combo, as well as the Tomato with Egg Soup. Enjoy a delicious meal...
Read moreIt was a great experience in one of the rare authentic Chinese restaurants in Riyadh. Our orders: Sauteed Lamb with Scallions; 6/10 great balance of spices, too oily for me and the meat wasn’t the best, however I enjoyed it. Dumplings; 8/10 beautifully done. Sweet and Sour Chicken; 9/10well done 👍, would definitely order it again. Yangzhou Fried Rice, 9/10 was ordered as a side dish, it’s definitely a main dish. Its so good you can have it by itself. Steamed Buns, 10/10 with condensed milk on the side for a sweet kick.
Apologies for the pictures, was taken after we started feasting. Please keep in mined, this is an authentic Chinese restaurant, not fusion Chinese such as other Chinese restaurant your used to in Saudi Arabia.
I had a chance for a second visit 😁 Tomato simmered beef sirloin, 7/10 the beef was great, the spices was not quite usual. Beef chow mein, 9/10 more oily than preferred 👍. Fresh Shrimp and vermicel, 6/10 was good; but nothing special about it.
Still exited to try...
Read moreIt was my first visit and honestly at first I thought from seeing the pictures and reviews that it would be good.. don’t get me wrong it does look good, but the service was slow.. on top of that the food wasn’t that good.. we ordered kung pao chicken and it was full of peanuts.. the beef in the. dumplings wasn’t fully cooked it was still red.. the stir fry beef barely had flavors.. the vegetable noodles and seafood fried rice were good.. fyi they charged for the food containers 1 sar per container it might seem nothing but still.. the food is a bit pricey.. I was shocked by their restrooms/toilets- the amount of rust is horrible and i felt like vomiting after we left the restaurant.. the management really needs to do something and change the faucets, the water spray and flush because they are all rusted and outdated.. i wanted to say thank you to the nice lady at the reception she gave my child a toy...
