Tortilla Casa — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

Food is great, especially the crunch wrap. 5 Me and my wife go there since it opened, and the crunch wrap was around 350rsd. Now it's 590, so you can understand why we don't go that often anymore. Food prices went sky high everywhere, but this is a 70% price increase in 3 years I believe, not sure when they opened exactly. Service is at a 3 due to the people changing all the time, with some of them staying this entire time. I have witnessed multiple occasions when the manager was rude to the customers. One situation I remember was that 3 women were told by the first employee in line that the chicken is halal, and they asked multiple times if she is sure, to which she said yes. When they went to the cash register they told the manager it was great that the food is halal, to which he told them it wasn't. They then said the first employee told them it was, to which he said she is new and doesn't know anything. When they refused to take the food and asked to choose again, something vegetarian, he refused and said they have to pay for the food they ordered, even though it wasn't their fault. Absolutely the worst quesadilla I had in my life. The concept of making their own tortillas - 4 different types - is cool, but when I asked to make quesadilla on integral tortilla, the staff said that I can't and they can only make it on standard white tortilla. When I asked what's the difference, they said that those are the rules. So when I had to choose regular tortilla, the staff put chicken there without even asking me - on the menu there were 2 options - vege and chicken and I wanted vege. Thankfully they made me vege option instead without arguing but then it came burnt on the outside and the cheese wasn't melted on the inside. It wasn't tasty and looked nothing like real Mexican quesadilla which I had a lot in Mexico, it had lettuce inside - why? Have you ever seen lettuce in Mexican quesadillas? I haven't. Very rude and unprofessional staff, especially the guy behind the cash register, by mistake he heard two pepsi instead of one, and he started yelling at me that it was a finished story and tried to convince me of something I didn't say. The food is tasteless, most of the salads and meat are unsalted, the tortilla is veryy cold and chewy. They dont even know how to prepare tortillas, when they get out of machine they got sticked and broken, so they needed to prepare us new one. Churros have so much sugar that its inedible. Boyfriend's stomach hurt after he ate. I wouldn't order again, obviously their food is not fresh and not prepared good.
