Restoran PLATO — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

The restaurant itself is quite intriguing; originally, I was headed to KFC, but when I spotted Plato Restaurant, I decided to grab lunch there instead. The waitress was exceptionally polite and helpful. It wasn't very crowded that day, so I received professional service without much of a wait for my orders. Prices seemed slightly higher compared to other restaurants. For my meal, I ordered the Crispy Chicken, Sopska Salad, and Hot Chocolate. The hot chocolate arrived first and was one of the best I've ever had; it tasted like it had just the right amount of sugar, and I really enjoyed it. The salad was delicious, packed with plenty of white cheese. When my plate of Crispy Chicken, along with some sauce and French fries, came out, I was impressed by how well-prepared the chicken was. I ended up finishing every piece and surprisingly didn't feel as hungry as I thought I would afterward. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I went there yesterday. The place looks good and inviting. The bathrooms are clean. I ordered carrots soup (soup of the day) and crispy chicken and my husband ordered the serbian kebab. The soup was very tasty (which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1). The food came and the crispy chicken was actually chicken strips (in the menu they wrote chicken fillet so I expected a chicken fillet not strips that to me, dont look appealing to eat). I told the waiter that i ordered a fillet and got strips so he answered with an attitude “this is a fillet cut into pieces and the taste will not change either way”. I decided that I will give it a shot but it was very very oily. My husband’s plate was also really bad. The meat was not cooked and we weren’t asked how we would like it to be. We asked for the cheque and stood up to go only for a nice waitress to ask if something was wrong (which is why i gave them 2 stars for service instead of 1) but we just were too disgusted to even try to make things right so we said nothing was...

The first time we came here the staff was very friendly our waitress was amazing. The staf overall is amazing. The second time we came here our waiter was very unfriendly and arogant. We didn't get what we ordered and he didn't care. When we were finished we asked for the bill and gave the waiter a tip. The waiter didn't want the tip and trew it at me. After this I placed the tip on the counter because it was the right thing to do. The waiter was very angry when I did this and I can't digure out why. The waiter was around 1.75m and he had a bold spot on the back of his head. I think he was 30+ years old.

The reason I described this waiter is because of the fact that he was the only bad staf member. The rest of the staff was friendly and very kind. When you come here make sure he ian't the one helping you. Because if he helps you you will have a terrible time in...
