Privilege Suites — Hotel in City of Belgrade

We paid for "double or twin room" option. We were really satisfied with the location, it is within walking distance of the city center. The other reason we chose here was because the rooms looked like nice and standard hotel rooms and felt safe because there is a card system for each room. However, there were a lot of things that were not mentioned in any way. Our rooms were in the opposite building, which is not mentioned, and it was a room that had nothing to do with the pictures. Although we did not have any problems with the cleanliness of the room, there were not even slippers in the room, which are provided even in the simplest hotel rooms. The bathroom and shower cabin were also different then the pictures... Since we chose this place to stay in the comfort of a 4-star hotel, such details really disappointed us. Even though we drew the "curtains", we could never get dressed with the lights on; we had to constantly turn the lights off because the curtains were not thick enough. Also, on our last night, and not that late, while trying to enter our room in the other building, we saw 2 men snoring on the floor in the corridor where the rooms were located. We sent a message to the reception about the situation, but we only got a message saying "Thank you for letting us know." This is a hotel and apartment style property. They have 2 buildings, just opposite one another. One building will have apartments and the other building will have single rooms. I have stayed in this beautiful property for 2 consecutive times. Their apartments are also incredibly beautiful and the hotel rooms are comfortable too. They do not have café or restaurant. However, when you come down to the road, there is ample eateries. Just in front of the hotel, there is a small pub style café, selling yummy pizza and coffee. My daily breakfast was from these small eateries. The road will have many branded shops, eateries and money changers all walking distance as well. Embassy of Montenegro is just at the behind road and the famous Republic Square is at the end of the road. If you walk to the main road, the public bus is also available. Please note that Taxi are NOT allowed to enter to this road. You may need to stop on the main road and carry your luggage to the hotel. If you are travelling heavy, you can inform to the hotel desk earlier, and they will send a bellboy to the main road to assist you to carry the luggage. Отель находится в исторической части города, на 4ом этаже бизнес-центра на пешеходной улочке, параллельной ул. Кнезя Михаила, рядом с пл. Республики. Табличка незаметна, мы несколько раз прошли мимо, при этом бросались в глаза вывески др.отелей.||До рецепции можно подняться на лифте, который вмещает 3 человека.||Нам достался номер 4, окна которого выходили на пешеходную Cika-Ljubina в Старом городе.||Сам номер небольшой, 2 кровати с тумбочками на расстоянии вытянутой руки. Кровати удобные, каждому 2 хорошие подушки, одна из которых большая! Изголовье отделано кожей молочного цвета с деревянной рамкой, со встроенными светильниками и кнопками для регулировки света.||Постельное бельё белоснежное с монограммой отеля.||В номере имеется телевизор, стол, кресло, минибар. Прихожая отделена ступенькой с подсветкой. В ней имеется вешалка и большое зеркало.||Отсутствовал сейф, хотя на сайте указано его наличие.||Также имеется чайник, 2 бокала. 2 стакана, кружки и почему-то 1 ложка. Присутствует набор чая-кофе.||На полу серый ковролин, стены выкрашены в белый и молочный цвета, часть стен – в неброских цветочных обоях. Шторы голубого цвета, недостаточно широкие и окно полностью не закрывают.||В шкафу лежат одноразовые тапочки и всего 3 вешалки.||Много розеток. Сложный потолок с подсветкой.||Бесплатный вай-фай с устойчивым сигналом.||||Ванная комната небольшая, современная, без ванной, очень удобная душевая. Есть фен, колонка висит над унитазом. Большое зеркало с задней подсветкой, жидкое мыло и гель для душа в спенсерах и больше ничего, например, шапочки для душа. Недостатки – чуть расколото зеркало, немного шатается раковина.||На рецепции говорят только по-сербски и по-английски. Любезная девушка проводила до номера и показала его.||Совершенно не открываются окна, кондиционер не всегда удобен и подходит далеко не всем.||Совсем рядом находится супермаркет. В отеле есть большое помещение с холодильником, кулером, столиками, где можно съесть купленное. Своих завтраков нет, они подаются на улице за углом. Поэтому нет смысла заранее их оплачивать. Вокруг очень много кафе, ресторанчиков и пекарен.||||В целом понравилось, хотя сначала было не так-то легко найти. Предлагается за доп.плату трансфер из аэропорта.||+ отличное месторасположение, современные номера||- неброская вывеска, отсутствие обещанного сейфа, завтраки на улице за углом.
