Started queueing to order at around 135pm. Long queue, slow moving because it is a Friday lunch time with lots of families here.
While in queue, tot wanna browse Google review of this shop. Appalled at so many 1 star reviews. Was thinking “HG liao, people say food no good, service lousy, mcd closed down, go out eat better comments all over the shop”

Read moreExtreme terrible experience here, never even had the chance to eat in, paid parking of $0.70 just to go in walk a big damn round because was told by ticket collector that I need to have science centre ticket in order to walk in by this main door, otherwise, I have to follow the shelter at the side to walk to the side glass panel doors, so we proceed to walk there and it shows "EXIT ONLY" and all doors was locked. We thought it was wrong, we walked further down and realised the other back door also locked, so when asked to the security guards, they says this Coffee Hive ONLY open for customers with science centre ticket to consume. It was like so frustrating to come just to enjoy a simple lunch and had this kind of happening. Lousy service, wrong info and...
Read moreSelf service canteen that sells food at cafe prices. Flies flying around. Tables and chairs dirty, sink dirty. Regretted eating here. Mee siam set $10 with 1 egg, some taupok and 1 can drink. Laksa set with 2 small frozen prawns, 1 egg and taupok at $11.50. Ouch. My kids took a pack of cheezels and twisties and omg it was $6. Chicken cutlet set at $16.50. Even the simple toast set costs $7.30. Clear tourist trap except that....its all locals eating there. After Macs closed, no other "cheap" food options. The stellar bar that took macs place is even more expensive. So you either go hungry or become carrot and kenna chopped. Next time must remember to bring our own food. Which is a shame, really, for a place that is free...
