So from the moment we got in touch with Kara (recommended by a neighbour) for my parents to hire a helper, Kara explained all the procedures and requirements clearly. She was working even beyond her normal hours and weekends. She patiently heard my requests and pre-interviewed the candidates before sending me their CVs and a short video of the candidate answering questions related to my requests.

Originally candidate we selected had trouble getting a visa and Kara quickly shifted gears and found another suitable one who was currently in Singapore. Maid quality worsen (problematic) from second maid to the third maid. Decided to terminate after the third one before loan ends, and not continuing with island maid. Waited for a month about balance fees status, no updates. Ex-maid has been transferred to new employer for 2 weeks already. Until i have to message the agent personally. Subsequently, error from their finance side. Refunded balance amount but later said that they miscalculated and requested me to transfer back miscalculated amount. After doing own check, they miscalculated the no of days lodged, and even owed me extra amount. Unreliable and very slow in response. If you don't do your calculations, they would have done the wrong calculations without you realising, causing you to pay more than what you should. The whole experience is one on efficiency. Ben Hew attended to my enquiries on looking for a FDW for my elderly father. He asked what i need the FDW to do in terms of supporting my father besides the general housechores. I m very happy with my helper as she is fulfill the the various support my father needed.
