I seldom leave reviews, but to do justice to the excellent service of this outlet, I feel that I must promote this shop more and spread their great service around! This shop and team is awesome!!! very transparent, helpful and thinks the best for the customer :) my iPhone had a white frozen screen as the unit underwent corrosion due to liquid damage, and I was given misleading advice from Apple shop themselves (which made me rush to Lite Mobile to get my corroded screws out, went to apple shop thinking I can get the repair done, but turns out apple doesn’t do repair due to liquid damage so they made me wait for 2 hours and rush down for nth). When I was so desperate and losing hope as I needed the data within urgently, Rachel and her team were super helpful and guided me through every part of the way, sharing the options patiently on what I should do and what they can offer, from cheapest to more costly, so I am clear on the options I have. this transparency and clarity in technical knowledge made me super assured and I know I can trust them to do a good job and charge at reasonable prices. Bought a custom housing for my XR and ask them to do it for me. After that, i realise they missed out 1 chip from the old housing which is the nfc chip, contacted them on carousell and they ask me to bring down the item to have a check. After travelling to their store in JCube, the guy just tell me that my custom housing don't have the slot to put in the chip and nfc is linked to the motherboard not the chip itself. Mind you, the guy that tell me this is not even the same guy that was there when i sent my phone for repair so how did he even know that my custom housing don’t have the slot for the nfc chip. This will be the first and the last time i will send my phone for repair on their store. Waste my time travelling to their store. I sent my other phone for repair on other store before and nfc still works… Anyway, there is 2 guys in the store. 1 looks like he don’t know anything about the housing and 1 just straight up say my housing don’t have the slot...
