The Chinese Zi-Char stall serves very good food, so far we enjoyed all the dishes we've ordered. Botak Jones is still as good as expected.

Cheap coffee: S$1.20 for ice coffee in a cup (only S$1.00 if in plastic bag). Air-con environment on second level of JTC Summit building. Opens at 8.15am when I visited on 22 Aug 2024. Quite a few tables were occupied, suggesting this place as a go-to place for office workers and people around here.

Another 'GREAT' location from Sprouts! Esp tranquil on a Saturday mid-afternoon. I guessed having a location obscure to the masses avoided the place being over run which in turn extend the longevity of their posh(by foodcourt standards) furnitures yet near to the office workers that helps in sustaining...
