Mamuli is an absolute gem in Bratislava’s dining scene! From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed by a warm and stylish atmosphere that perfectly balances elegance and comfort. The restaurant, brought to life by Batoni Group, delivers an exceptional culinary experience with a focus on premium-quality ingredients and masterful preparation. You can enjoy luxury caviar as a starter, that is absolutely delicious.
The highlight of our visit was, without a doubt, the food. The steak was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The lamb was equally impressive, melting in the mouth with rich, aromatic spices that showcased true culinary expertise. To complement the meal, we tried the signature cocktails crafted by Misha Safoinuk, and they were a true work of art—perfectly balanced, creative, and incredibly delicious.
Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the meal was finished off with the most delightful honey cake. Light yet indulgent, it was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable dining experience.
The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Every detail, from presentation to ambiance, was carefully thought out, making Mamuli a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in top-tier cuisine in Bratislava.

I am sure that you can safely call MAMULI the best place and decoration of Bratislava. The location is well chosen if you don’t have a car😀For visitors with a car, you need to spend five minutes looking for a parking space. But it doesn’t spoil the overall impression.
Now about the dishes. A variety of dishes made from both meat and fish. Absolutely all dishes are brought to taste. With some exceptions: okroshka and pink tomato salad in sour cream. From the recommendations: Georgian salad, lamb kebab, forshmak, Megrelian khachapuri. Dessert: Assorted Mamuli, Georgian dessert.
Separately, I want to note the professionalism of the staff. Polite and tactful.

Read moreI had slightly inflated expectations for Ukrainian cuisine there based on reviews and high ratings. Unfortunately, they weren’t met: the borscht was a bit too salty and lacked acidity, and Shuba salad (‘herring under a fur coat’) was made with whole pieces of mackerel that didn’t harmonise with the finely chopped other components—but the whole point of this simple classic dish is its texture! Moreover, the onions weren’t marinated in vinegar or balsamic, which added unnecessary sharpness to the flavour. This kind of ‘author’s cuisine’ with pretensions to high-level dining fails to deliver a ‘wow’ effect or make me want to return. The high prices are just bold marketing, not a reflection of fine dining. Credit where it’s due: the service was excellent. That’s why it’s...
