We ordered scrambled eggs with Parmesan – creamy, rich, and full of flavor – followed by an outstanding beef tartare with capers, a traditional beef broth, and a plate of antipasti featuring prosciutto, cheese, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh sourdough bread. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.

To finish, we had a refreshing gin & tonic, which was the perfect ending to a wonderful dining experience.

We stumbled upon Teremtete completely by chance, and were warmly welcomed by an extraordinary human being and true gentleman named Adam.

The food was excellent – we had beef tartare, meatballs with cheddar and sour cream espuma, chicken pâté with apple chutney, and for dessert semolina espuma, chocolate ganache, granita, and lime crumble. Everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

Adam was exceptionally hospitable, approachable, and kind. He not only provided outstanding service but also guided us through Bratislava’s landmarks, making our trip, and our very first day in the city, truly special.
