We order 2 burger and 2 beers. FOOD : Burgers are really bad quality/price 13-14 € If you want fries it’s +3 euros these fries are a joke you have 6 fries in the plate, not homemade frozen, no salt no pepper.

We asked for pepper and salt and mayonnaise/ketchup as the fries were industrial and taste less.

Salt/pepper never arrive. We receive 1 small stick of mayonnaise 15g and same for ketchup. BILL: When we got the bills we realize that these 2 little industrial bags of mayo have been charge .60 cent … what a joke 15g .60 cent put the mayo at 40€/kg I mean … these things are free in every kebab, fast food or wherever you find them.

When we pay by card we face the waiter looking at us giving the machine on tips options and let you decide to put 5,10 or 20%…

Being push to leave a tips because you are tourist is just ridiculous. We ended up leaving 10% as the food quality is not on the hand of the waiter but really avoid this place. You will find way better 2...

Classic tourist money grabbers. If you’re Slovene the service is the worst. You are not allowed to choose the seat, because they have special tourist seats that are more attractive and so they think they will get more money from them(tips etc.) They also have a tip percent for payments by cards, which is the worst. Tipping culture is not a thing in Slovenia, you only tip if the service is excellent, but here I would give a negative tip if possible. When me and my friends were here, they were frustrated (the boss) because we didn’t choose the very second the server got here and then he left and send another server to us.

The boss is the worst. All the servers are depressed, because of idiotic rules. Example: If you eat on student boni, you cannot remove mushrooms from pizza, even if you are allergic. I also saw servers rolling their eyes when they got yelled instructions at them.

Rude and un accomodating staff will not be returning. Me and my friends went to fany and Mary’s yesterday for burgers using our boni student discounts. We ordered 5 burgers and asked for one with no sauce due to severe allergies. After originally saying this was ok the waiter later came back to say this couldn’t be accommodated unless we payed the full price which is more than double the student price. At this stage everyone else had already gotten their food. We are students studying in ljublana and have not had this issue in any other place. Considering we weren’t asking for anything extra we don’t understand how this couldn’t be accommodated. It takes more effort to add sauce to a burger than leave it off????? It just makes no sense.
