Read moreTL;DR: Got served spoiled food and didn't get a refund. Avoid at all costs!
I've been a regular customer at Fari's for many years now but in the last two years or so, I have noticed a huge decline in quality. One of the worst experiences was when me and boyfriend ordered a vegan chicken salad and we were forced to throw it almost all away because of how old and slimy the cabbage and tomatoes were. After that we barely ever ate there, but last week we decided to give it another shot and got a vegan chicken pita bread with fries. The box in which the fries were served was half empty. From the past I remember it being filled to the brim. The "pita bread" was just a normal (slightly stale) flat bread - lepinja. The sandwich contained turnip in red beet juice, which we specifically asked to have it without. But the worst part was the cabbage which was sour smelling and spoiled/slimy. Already the smell from the sandwich was so repulsive, that I truly can't comprehend who would serve this to customers. We tried removing the turnip and the cabbage from the sandwich, but the taste of it still persisted. It was inedible.
We had never complained before despite the negative experiences but this time it was just too much. We contacted the delivery service to ask for a refund and explained the situation, but the owner only offered 3€ back as compensation for a sandwich that costed 8.29€. I truly couldn't believe that any restaurant owner would refuse a refund after serving food that had clearly been left out in the heat for the entire day, and had gone bad. As a log-time Fari's customer, I'm definitely never supporting this place again. If you're looking for something similar but with actual fresh ingredients, I would recommend...
Read moreThis is the second time I got sick after eating the vegan chicken burger at this restaurant. The sauce looked and smelled off, next thing I know I started vomiting and couldn’t stop so I had to rush to the ER. Not to mention that it has been atleast 10 times they forgot to include items we ordered and were paid for - mostly sauces that go for 1€ each, sometimes they even forgot the fries, if we ordered for example a wrap with add-ons (fries and sauce), only got the wrap. Seems like they don’t pay attention to the whole order. Honestly, the quality of food has gone really bad as opposed to a few years ago, now I think the tourist hype has taken over and maybe there are too many customers coming in, so they don’t have time to prepare everything as they should. Refunds over wolt were never issued for the missing items. We won’t be...
