Fari's — Restaurant in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

We were on a day trip to town, feeling very hungry and looking for a spot to eat. An inviting patio caught our attention, but before we could sit down it started raining like crazy, making it impossible to sit outside.

The very friendly staff of Fari’s spotted us, cleaned up some chairs and a table and set us up in the walkway. Thank you. The food is the usual fast food fare, but fresh and tasted very nice. The heavy rain, the yummy food, and the extremely courteous staff made our lunch extra special. A must stop I’d say.

Soon afterwords we noticed that they were also filing a social advert for the restaurant. It was fun to watch.

Nice spot for vegan "dirty foods" like burgers, wraps and fried snacks. Food was tasty, filling and not very expensive ! They do however carry some meat dishes. I would advise to completely remove them: vegan food can be eaten by anyone, as long as you make it tasty and filling. Many more people will be more comfortable and prone to recommend the restaurant if it is fully vegan, and thus aligns morally with what they want to support; even more in a city like Ljubljana with a good offer of vegan...

Falafel in pita could be excellent but it is not served in pita, and the bread used is too dense and basically kills the whole experience. Make fresh real pita in-house and I will return. I give 4 stars and not 3 mainly because everything else was great...
