Never again!

This is a place I’ve visited multiple times, but after my last experience – they won’t see a cent from me or my friends ever again. There were five of us, sitting quietly, not causing any trouble at all. Just before we left, one friend (who had a bit too much to drink earlier) accidentally tilted a glass on their already very unstable table.

My brother, who is the kindest and most respectful person, immediately stood up, apologized, and asked the waiter how much we owed. The manager just looked at him and coldly said – 20 euros for the glass. No discussion.

We were on our way out when I asked my brother what had happened – he said the manager simply demanded 20 euros for the glass, even after the apology. I went back, because the unfairness of it really hurt. I even offered to clean up the broken glass if that was the issue – but clearly, the problem wasn’t the glass, it was their attitude.

Unfortunately, we live in a world where people like that seem to thrive – showing zero humanity or understanding.

And not to forget – as a woman, I was physically pushed by the owner. That says everything about his character.

Oh, and the prices? As if you're in the center of New York City – absolutely unjustified for the level of service and treatment...

We had our first poor experience in Ljubliana today. We went to get ice cream as I was intrigued by the lavender flavor that was on the menu. I wanted to have that in the waffle cone on display there. So I asked for a scoop of lavender ice cream in the waffle cone. The lady who was serving us picked up a sugar cone and said that one scoop goes in this cone and waffle cone is only for 2 scoops. Before I could say that I would then prefer the scoop in the cup, she just plopped the ice cream in the sugar cone that I didn't ask for and gave it to me. Very rude. She didn't even bother to ask my partner whether he wanted the ice cream in a cup or cone and simply assumed that he wanted it in a cone. I would not recommend this place for ice cream at all. Terrible server, poor service and meh-tasting ice cream. There are 100000% better ice cream stores...

There was a hair in the middle of my Kremsenitsa while I was eating it. staff was very rude and they argued with me that the hair is mine. Then they insisted that I should pay. It was the most disgusting cafe experience I've ever had in my life. Moreover, the service was very slow, I had to go and get the cake myself. Instead of apologizing for it, they shanelessly said i came and took it myself. I have never seen such arrogance in my life. If such a thing happens in my country, Türkiye, you will not pay, let alone arguing with you, they will apologize and offer you a cup of tea. Don't be fooled by the beautiful location to eat or drink here. My mistake, the last comments were all one point and negative comments, I should have checked. Of course it's not just me. And you pay too much for this...
