Oh no...it's just a huge "no" from me. The smallest pieces of sushi I have ever been served, the tiniest portion of wasabi (less than 1/5th of a teaspoon per "serving") compared to the overwhelming amount of soy sauce offered in comparison to compensate. The tempura shrimp was mediocre at best. Overall, little quality flavour and a forgettable experience. I would feel embarrased charging people for Japanese cuisine at this standard.
Anyone who recommemds this restaurant doesn't know anything about good sushi. You come here for the presentation, and that's it. I'd feel humiliated if I was introducing people to these dishes for the first time.
This is a place for "Instagrammers" who like to pretend they are experiencing fine dining. That was evident by a few customers taking at least 10 pictures of their dishes before trying.

Read moreWell, it is certainly really good sushi, but in my humble opinion too pricey. We asked for an Omakase, which we were told would be like 40-50 per person on the top end, but it ended up being 60 each. Worse, however, is that we weren‘t even nearly satisfied after that and an appetizer each.
It was 6 pc of nigiri, 9 pc of maki, and 3 pc of sashimi per person, and honestly, I couldn‘t tell a huge difference between the flavors of the different fish. We each had another (way cheaper) sushi selection after that, and it was just as good, so I don‘t see the point of the omakase. Uni nigiri at 15€ per piece is insane aswell.
Stick to the cheap mixes, avoid the expensive ones. You are getting pretty much almost the exact same flavor. We ended up paying about 90€ per person - you get degustation menus at some fancy places for a little more already, so the value here...
Read moreGreat food and attentive customer service. Our waitress was really friendly and looked after us well. We were craving good Japanese food, and this place had enough authenticity and wasn’t your typical Western-friendly Japanese cuisine. We tried the mackarel nigiri and scallop nigiri which were great. The spicy tuna bowl was amazing too, not too spicy though if you like spicy food, so perfect for those who can’t do spice. My only note would be that the cold Soba noodles were a bit more on the overcooked side, but the mixed tempura I ordered was nice and the broth was great. Would also be great if the tempura was separate so as to not become soggy. I’d love to try the cold Udon instead next time which might have better chew. Otherwise no issues...
