Visited early September as couple. Service was good, ordered from Chinese menu. Food was excellent. We ordered 1x 扁豆(lentil beans), 1x 辣子鸡丁(spicy chicken) and 1x 葱爆牛肉(stir-fried beef).

The owner, who also served as our waitress, provided great service. She efficiently took our order while accommodating our request for authentic taste. She managed all the tables simultaneously, which was impressive. We were promptly provided with the Chinese menu and our special requests were taken care of. (5/5)

All the dishes we ordered were perfect. The 扁豆 (lentil beans) were cooked to perfection, maintaining a delightful texture without being overly fried. The timing was just right. (5/5) The 辣子鸡丁 (spicy chicken) was delicious, although it would have been more authentic if cooked with chili instead of paprika. They attempted to compensate for this by incorporating a sauce, but it lacked the expected level of spiciness. (4/5) The 葱爆牛肉 (stir-fried beef) was flawless. The meat was tender, and it wasn't excessively oily. Serving it on a hot stone enhanced the flavor and kept it enjoyable for a long time. (5/5)

The ambience was OK. Although dining in the garden is not typically Chinese, the minimal Chinese decorations added a pleasant touch without being overwhelming. It provided a comfortable environment for both Chinese and local customers. However, as we stayed until late evening, mosquitoes became an annoying issue in the garden. (4/5)

I highly recommend ordering from the Chinese menu or let the waitress give you some advice on what to order, if you want to try out authentic Chinese dishes. (5+5+4+5+4)/5 ...

The food was really tasty. We had crispy duck on a hot plate and sweet and sour shrimp. Everything tasted great and the prices were good too.

But one of the waiters was very rude. There were two waiters working. One was very nice and friendly, but the other one was not polite at all. He didn’t say hello when we came in. When he gave us the soup, he didn’t even put it on the table properly or say anything. He just handed the soup without saying a word. I know many people have complained that the portions are too small, but they are cheaper than usual and you are supposed to buy more than just one dish. You can share some with some friends and this way try some different dishes. It is full of flavour and looks and tastes amazing.
