vida e caffè Wembley Square — Restaurant in Gardens

Staff are friendly however service was pretty slow. The barista had to be reminded that i was still waiting for my coffee as he was having a conversation with another customer however it was a pretty interesting conversation and she was also a customer so i will not blame him for this. The coffee was however weaker than what i am used to from otger Vida Cafe's. I had a Cafe Mocha and it just wasnt as awesome as i remember it. There are other options in this mall who i will give a try next time as Knead Bakery is just opposite and...

Went past on a Sunday morning and ordered a Peanut Forca. The staff were moving at less than snails pace, and had a negative attitude toward one another. Was very clear they were not interested in giving good service to anyone. The only one who was friendly was the cashier. The Forca took about 10 minutes to be made during which plastic cups needed to be fetched form a store room as there were none on hand. The Forca itself was extremely poor quality and watered down....

Arrived at 3:50 after rushing to get something for my daughter. I was told could not toast sandwich as closed at 4:00 and machine was off. I said its 3:52 now you are not closed. "No, it's off and we need to be out of here at 4" I was told, along with "we do not get overtime pay". I asked for the managers number which I promptly called only to see the gentleman in the office who had given me the number pick up the phone and put it down.
