I went to this establishment for the 1st time by myself and the reason I'm mentioning this is because I usually come with my boyfriend and the service has never been like the one I received today. 1st thing walking in the lady escorting patrons inside wasn't friendly, I paid no mind to that and went in by myself to look for a table. Looked downstairs, upstairs and found one outside. Seated myself & got the menu.

I see 3 different waitresses serving customers but nobody bothered to take my order. 20 minutes later I start to look around and customers at 2 different tables who came after me have their drinks and nobody bothered to take my order and after taking the order of the 3rd table next to me( customers who came after me as well) that's when she asks if I was okay. And I informed her that nobody bothered to took my order and her response was she thought somebody took my order mind you, I have the menu's and no drink on my table.

Stood up asked for the Manager,explained the sequence of events and he apologized and he asked if there is anything he could do as if free steak would make me feel better. I know the owner is going to read this and I want him to know that that is not okay and there needs to be steps taken to prevent this from happening. Never thought I'd ever receive this kind of treatment from any establishment.

I had a gut feeling from the moment I walked in that this was going to happen. And seeing the group of white men who came after and seated next to me getting assisted 5 minutes after walking in was disheartening and disgusting. The waitress did this intentionally despite her saying otherwise,becuase I was a young woman and black and assumed I wouldn't tip generously.
