I have a serious bone to pick with one of your staff members at the tills. A young white gentleman was taking my order. He didn't understand what I wanted and was a bit confused so one of the female staff members chipped in to try and assist him in understanding what I was looking for. He went on to snap at her and jump down her throat, telling her to go away and stop interfering. I felt quite embarrassed for her and even him, so I tried to make light of the situation by politely laughing it off and saying that she was only trying to help us. Clearly he was not happy about this because he immediately stopped helping me, rolled his eyes at me, ordered her over to my til, demanded that she come complete my order and then rudely walked off to a different til. We were both standing there bewildered.
Clearly this man has no issue berating his coworker in front of me as a client. But I found it incredibly rude. Then to still go on to roll his eyes at me and dump the job on her was very uncalled for.
I am also not a student at this institution anymore. I was there for a conference at the Aula, in a professional capacity, so I was not expecting to be treated like a teenager.
I would have liked to take the issue up with him there and then to be honest, but unfortunately there was a queue of hungry...
Read moreI buy here 2 times every day. The fact that you order, and then have to give your slip for them to give you your food creates chaos. Why not work on the order numbers. I pay , wait 15 mins for food because they give out food to those pushing to the front of the cue, oh wait there is no cue. If there is 6 of the same orders the first one to show the slip gets the food, if he's been waiting 1min or 10 min. It gets called out, cheesy bbq double, then there is 4 people giving their slips, and the closest one to the guy behind the counter gets the food.
I also paid for water today. But seeing that the guy behind the counter took the slip, i only got my food, en never got my water. I have nothing to show that i bought water, cause they took my slip.
Pethetic system. Why is there even order numbers, if you don't go according to it? Print 2 slips, keep one for packing the order, give one to the customer and Call the order number.
Every other restaurant works like this.

Read moreWednesday the 11th of September around 10:50 we ordered 3 Burgers, chips and coffee. "We don't make coffee," says the woman behind the counter. We took our food and sat down at the tables and ate. I asked for salt, the same woman gives one packet. I ask her, can we have some more salt please and she says no there is salt in the napkins. I looked in the bag and there were only two napkins, (FOR THREE BURGERS AND CHIPS) one wrapped with 1 packet of sauce. The 2nd napkin wrapped with 1 packet of salt. I told her what we found, she turned and held out one packet of sauce to me. Really, is that too much to ask?? 2 packets of salt for 3 burgers and chips? Only one burger had gherkins on it.
