I had just come from their restaurant. When entering I had noticed the R89.00 lunch special. The advertisement states one selected meal and the choice of a red or white wine. The fine text also stated that if you would not like the wine you could exchange it for a soft drink or juice no extra cost. If you wanted another side besides chips you would need to pay an extra R10.00.

The waiter insisted that wine was only allowed as per the managers order. We proceeded to then ask for the manager. We explained to him that it clearly states the wine my be substituted for a soft drink or fruit juice in the poster. His reply was that he had not yet replaced the advertising as the new one was still being printed ( to note is was a basic piece of paper ). We had brought up the false advertising and CPA,however, he did not care at all and still presented us with the wine. Absolutely disregarding everything we said. We were absolutely shocked by the managers disregard. The was little to no apology or any sign of way he could make it up to us.

We were very disappointed in the manager and he should be looked at by the owners! He clearly does not know how to manage or understand what the impact of false advertising is. If anyone bothers to get back to me I have proof of the advert and I know who the manager is.

This can not be taken out on the waiters as they are simply going what they are told.

Due to this I will not be eating at that...

Ambiance 🎶 The decor is sleek and modern, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. I had an evening reservation just after 7pm on a Friday. The noise level can get quite high during peak hours. However, this is expected due to being such a popular spot.

Service 👨🏻‍🍳 The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server was prompt and efficient, ensuring our needs were met.

Food 🍽️ The food is exceptional. I ordered the Steak and Calamari combo with a side of Mashed Potatoes, which was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The portion was a 200g sirloin steak and a generous handful of calamari. My friend had the 700g Tomahawk Steak, which looked absolutely divine.

Value 💵 Great value for money, the quality of the food and service justify the cost.

Overall Experience 💯 My experience was excellent. The combination of great food, good service, and pleasant ambiance makes it a top choice for special occasions or business dinners. I'd definitely return and recommend it to friends.

Recommendation: Try the 700g Tomahawk Steak. 🥩

Booked for dinner for my dad's birthday. Our waitress Zama was so attentive although the restaurant was packed to capacity. She was sweet and friendly and made sure that everything we ordered was brought to use in a timely manner. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant. For starters we orders garlic and herb snails and stickey chicken wings. My dad enjoyed the snails which were served with crispy bread to mop up the garlic and herb butter. The chicken wings were so tender and flavourful. For mains we had a chicken flattie with BBQ sauce, a fillet steak with added mushroom sauce and a T-bone all served with delicious veggies (buttery mash, butternut and green beans). The steaks were done perfectly. Super soft, tender and juicy. The portions are very generous as you can see from the caccompanying photos. They were also kept the cake that I brought in the fridge until we were ready for it. Zama brought it out on anoyhrt platter with spoons and plates for us and they had even placed the numbers and candles and lit them for us as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the...
