RocoGo Suncoast — Restaurant in Stamford Hill

Been mend to let this slide but however my dissapointment won't!!

Roco service and food taste has always been worthy for it price 😋 Even today late afternoon around 14h18 such a friendly gesture from a lady who was serving us And the food was on point✌

However was dissapointed with the managament !! Such indiscretion in front of guests How can you handle your disciplinary actions as a team in front of us as guest

Let alone the rashness and shouting at your staff the guy looked like a store Manager!! However if he is, that's noways to manage!!

Creating a very cold atmosphere for us to dine in Us being uncomfortable to not even enjoy our food!

Very much dissapointed !

How can you create returning customers with such behaviour and poorly management actions?

I trust actions will be held or managing workshop taken place on how to handle disagreements amongst the team surely not the way it happened...

I love Rocomama's 🍔🍟 BUT this "go" branch is a sore representation of the actual Franchise.

It has been my second visit and the food is just not the same as the other franchises I visit.

I can see that the staff are trying but..

More than one meal was incorrect on our order. The chips did not taste fresh, included sauces were forgotten, serviettes forgotten.

The vibe too was overwhelming. We were seated and chatting amongst our table and suddenly the music from inside the kitchen /service area would be turned UP SO LOUD! that you COULD NOT hear anything anyone was saying....... Just TOO MUCH. 🔊❗ 🔊❗ 🔊❗

I do not know what is going on there but it seems a little loose .

Please take this as kind criticism and try iron out your issues, I can see you are trying. It is a great franchise to be apart of but this one needs...

It was my first time yesterday (14/05/22) dining at RocoGo's. It will be my last time. These overpriced burgers were not worth a single Rand. The patties were off and had a horrible smell. Of course we spoke to the lady who was waitressing & she took them, came back after 10min with the very same burgers but they were hotter?

I repeat, it was the exact SAME burgers but the patties were now more drier... I would not recommend anyone to go there. I seriously thought this place was good as per the word of mouth good marketing I have heard 😒. We took one bite & left the burgers there cause we were too angry to even request a refund.

Never ever going to this restaurant again. I was even planning on having a Birthday party for my cousin there. Looks like that will not be...
