Friends and i visited Tigers Milk suncoast this evening for relaxing evening of good and food and laughter. It ended up being a nightmare of note!!! Firstly i entered and say at the second table at the entrance i tried to get the waiterers attention, she was busy gazing into the air and simply ignored me until i persisted to call her to ask for a menu which took a while she then came the dumped the menus on the table rudely said she is going off shift and she will get someone else to attend to us. Nobody attended to us. Eventually my friends 10 year old daughter had to call someone.I asked for decaf i was told they are out of all decaf products then we requested a milkshake and was told they don't have ice cream such an embarrassment for what is thought to be a well established restaurant.. My friend ordered a cocktail which was not delivered either. We then proceed to move to a table inside as traffic outside of people up and down to the globe walking past us was irritating. We then received the little girls cool drink n my cocktail which was recommended to me bit tasted horrible like fireball. My friends drink still did not arrive at this point eventually the waiter came through i asked him what hot drinks can he recommend.. he was not much help eventually i ordered a virgin motjio i asked for less ice even that i was told would be a problem seems like they cutting down on product and filled the glass with more ice. Wendy's cocktail still didn't arrive but we noticed our food in the warmer nobody bringing it to us. Eventually after abt an & some change food arrived. Disserpointed again abt 5 pieces of cube chicken in taco's. Rest is a heap of salad. Then come some one to say they don't have thz ingredients for wendys cocktail. They offered her another cocktail on the house but its not about that. Its about POOR customer service, lack of people's skills, cutting back on stock oh and when we wanted to order dessert they were out of stock too. We definitely won't be back to waste our time or money at this restaurant. Kaveer your staff is bringing your reputation of your restaurant down sadly. Tigers milk was great but after what we experienced tonight.....

I had a very poorly time at tigers milk Suncoast ...

First no one told us that there was a "club" starting at 630pm stating if we wanted to stay on we had to pay an extra 100 rand per person (party of 6), then spoke to the manager and he told us that we could pay 50 rand then he said stay as long as we want without paying the cover charge...

Secondly there where glass that where cracked and we had to point it out to the staffas well as the clients had to ask for side plate when eating pizza and finger foods..

Another issue was that we, group of 6,where the only ones approached about the cover charge.

Another issue was that one friend had a coupon and they told her it was only valid from Monday to Friday.. Also no one told us that happy hour was only during the week

Then they found another fault by saying that we are not allowed to wear short... Personally I went looking for the signage stating this and apon finding the signage, it was not in public view, as the lady collecting the "cover charge" was blocking the sign....

Very disappointed with the management as the said that staff had been "trained" to inform clients about all this but apon asking 2 staff members they both had different answers for me..

My group and I have no ill feelings towards the waiter that served us, as clearly there was no communication between staff and management and management tried to cover themselves and blame it on the waiter...

Personally we would not be coming back to Tigers Milk Durban as our night was ruined due to all these issues.

The worse part was that when our friends had their bachelor and bridal party, a year ago, we came there to celebrate their new chapter in life and for their 1 year anniversary we planned to revisit the place we "had" (past tense) a great and now it just left a bad taste in our mouth...

The experience had on the night of 10 September 2022 was not the best and for a anniversary my friends did not appreciate the night. The worse part was that we arrived at tigers milk Suncoast at 4pm and got evicted at 8pm.

Hopefully the next clients receive better treatment than we did...

Last year the group was called...

Went to tigers milk last week saturday 20.03.21 for a friends birthday party with 12 people. The armosphere was on fire. The service was lovley, alittle busy but that wasnt realy a problem. My girlfriend and i waited eagerly for the food to arrive as it was our first time eating at the place. We ordered a burger meal that was called the thriple by pass which was served with a side of chips for R135. We recived the food and we were really disapointed. The burger looked very unappetizing. We took a bite and it tasted like a homemade burger but dryer than desert. The chips was just disgusting. Firstly it was served in a enamel cup which wasnt a problem as we assumed that was the theme of the resturant. However It looked like it was fried 3 days ago and it was drenched in oil. It didnt taste good at all. I finished my burger as i was very hungry, my girlfriend took 2 bites of hers and wasted the rest. We thought we was alone in this situation but we ask around the table and our family and friends also said the food was horrible. While eating their was a fight involving the waiter and a customer which lasted for an hour. Bouncers and managment was involved. The waiter involved was polite enough to come and apologize to my brother so that was fine. If you want atmosphere and drinks this is the place. But the food here sucks im sorry to say. Iv attached pictures of my order. I ordered a coke so i cant comment...

The vibe is phenomenal, if you love your old school music (the kind you find on East Coast Radio on Sundays) this is the place to be, but from 3pm the inhouse DJ usually pops up and it turns into a party (awesome to witness) The food is average, I recommend the burgers and pizzas (although my pizza was slightly burnt today) , I've been coming here for 2 years and they're slowly introducing 1 or 2 new dishes so that's great. The staff is friendly but always changing for some reason, from the regular waitors to what I assume are the managers (they wear white shirts) . I do suggest booking a table and not just pitching up for your own convenience, especially if you intend on occupying the upstairs area. I wish I had booked today as the waitor offered my company and I a seat at the table or couch area, but just as we were about to occupy the couch area - a Caucasian, bald headed male in a white shirt approached us and advised we can't occupy that area as it is a VIP section and you need to purchase a "premium bottle" to "qualify" to sit there. I am not certain as to how he knew that we were not going to purchase a "premium bottle" but I do suggest he puts up a sign to avoid making such assumptions in future. Either than the "okay" food and presumptuous staff members, the place is great for drinks and pictures. Come here full if you can.

Had lunch at at this place and I must say I had a pleasant experience. Arrived and was seated, our waiter Nkosi was a top guy and very friendly. Ordered a Long Island ice tea and a Roly Poly Milkshake. Both were fantastic, really good even though it wasn’t our first choice. Most Milkshakes were unavailable. Ordered the wings, crunchy Peri-peri style for starters. Delicious. Sauce and quality was excellent. We then went on to mains, ordering a Chicken Schnitzel with coleslaw and chips. Had a spicy mayo dressing on top which was tasty. Chicken was juicy with panko crumbing and I really enjoyed the hand cut, well seasoned, crispy fries. We also ordered the Spicy Chicken Pizza, was crispy with loads of flavour. Had no room for dessert 🍨 this experience should of had 5 stars but the only thing that bothered me was that the managers did not even acknowledge us, keep in mind the restaurant was empty, just walked past and not even a friendly smile or hello. So customer service on the management side could use some work. Otherwise I enjoyed my experience and I recommend trying this place out.

What a pleasant experience! Before anything else, I want to commend the general manager, Dave (David), on his impeccable managerial skills. He is extremely observant, seems to be everywhere all at once, and most importantly, in my opinion, truly LEADS his staff and guides them as opposed to most managers you will find in the hospitality industry. Something as small as picking your teeth, no matter how much you are trying to conceal it - he notices. And swiftly places the toothpicks beside you as he passes. Now that is hospitality! My family and I were shocked at how good at his job he is. It is very rare to find a GM like Dave who has a passion for what they do. The staff were lovely and every meal that was brought to our table was nothing short of divine. I have not been to Tigers Milk in a long while but after last night's wonderful experience, I will be sure to visit very soon. Kudos to you all!
