Dropkick Murphy's — Restaurant in Windermere

My friends and I were sooo excited to be having lunch here. We had researched restaurants in the area, and Dropkick Murphy's came up. We had an event in the area so we got to the restaurant at 11h30. They were closed and opening time was 12H00. The waiters were all prepared and ready to open so they allowed us in at 11H40. Which we were extremely grateful for as we were exhausted from playing Clued up Games and walking all over the Florida Road Area. The waitress was very friendly. First up we had to try their Apricot Red Bull Cocktails. It was one of the tastiest cocktails I ever tasted. So compliments to the Bartender. And exactly what my friends and I needed. Our food items were Chicken Tacos. The pulled Beef sliders. The Chicken Doughnuts. And the mozzarella sticks. All our food items were prepared well and were extremely tasty. Due to the service given to me recently I thought I'd just leave this review here.

I flew in from cape town last week Monday to visit Durban and ii decided to pop into drop kicks a few days later on the Wednesday, I was quite amazed by the service I was given by a waiter by the name Debbie, the place was really packed however she managed to still keep a bright smile on her face and maintain all the customers awaiting service with the same boastful energy, including some customers who were quite blunt with her, I noticed the manager (muscular black male) putting her under alot of pressure which I felt was really not fair or professional as she is also human and not a robot I feel as though she met all expectations and excelled throughout all of the chaos.

This popular Irish Pub set in an old historical house converted into a bar / social venue is situated on the bubbly Florida Road known for its mixture of restaurants and night life, all within a short walk of each other.

This Irish Pub is worth a visit and great place to meet and socialize with friends. The venue has in and outdoor space that caters for your needs or group size. They have a selection of Craft Beer which is well worth trying.

Their kitchen serves enjoyable meals and the food we had was very tasty. Their staff are friendly and very helpful however during busy periods can be a little stretched.
