Hello,
My wife and I visited on the second day of Ramadan. The restaurant made us feel warm and comfortable with the Middle Eastern designs and the lights and pictures along the walls.
The service was great, it was easy to order and request adjustments to our dishes, and the family was so kind and accommodating to us, and there was also a prayer space to do prayer.
We really enjoyed the food as well, after a few days of eating seafood/vegetarian, the restaurant provided a very convenient way to eat halal meat (almost nonexistent outside of Arab/Indian restaurants). Compliments to the chef and his/her team for the food that was delicious and nicely proportioned, I'm sure we were given a little extra and we were really happy!
Overall, I would strongly recommend this restaurant for all, regardless of your faith. Experience a new cuisine of food that's yummy for the tummy or bask in the familiar warmth of Arab food/atmosphere in Jeju!

We ordered fries, lamb shawarma, chicken mandy with rice, half chicken with bread, and hummus, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavours were rich and authentic, and the portions were perfect for our family. Every dish was well-prepared, making for a truly enjoyable meal.
One of the nice touches was the free self-service coffee and tea, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The customer service was great—the staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus, ordering was super easy thanks to the computer tab at the table, making the whole process smooth and convenient.
Overall, our family was very satisfied with our experience, and we highly recommend Asalam Restaurant to anyone looking for halal and toyibban food in Jeju. A must-visit for those craving delicious Middle...
Read moreI have been around the world (USA, Thailand, Malaysia, Germany, Italy, and many more) and visited many arabic and specifically Yemeni cusine restraunts. Visiting Jeju for the first time and coming here to all places has really set special moments. The food was amazing, and the portions are generous. The variation of dishes available to have are many. The sandwiches are perfected to authentication. It's really special to find such an authentic place this part of the world and to have it this well-made. The service was amazing and generous. From the complimentary soup to the best bread ever with the great appetizers and onto the main course. I would most definitely recommend this place for anyone living or visiting Jeju. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
(Side note: they provide a free tea and coffee corner, which is another class touch...
