Pasta Studio Jeju — Restaurant in Seogwipo-si

The owner/chef has thought about every part of the experience of eating at his restaurant and has crafted a space that suits his food so well.

We walked into the restaurant opting for a 2 seater table and chef immediately led us to a more spacious 4 seater for a more comfortable dining experience.

He then brought the menu over and explained the most popular dishes to us. After some contemplation, we chose the pastas with smoked pulled pork, hoping to continue tasting the wonders of Jeju’s infamous black pork.

The dishes arrived in about 15-20 minutes. The presentation of the food themselves were mouth watering.

And the pasta tasted nothing like what I’ve had before. Had to savour every bit of it. With the soft ballads playing in the background adding to the superb dining experience at a very affordable price.

It felt truly like we experienced a product of the chef’s love.

THE BEST PASTA PLACE! There is only one man cooking and taking your orders so we had to wait patiently for the food. He was really welcoming and even introduced us to the menu, explaining which dishes are good and spicy (you can change the level of spiciness). It is located along a street and along the street you could also catch a small hut with interesting history; you can visit the hut while waiting for your food if you'd like. We ordered his risotto, shrimp pasta, etc. Highly recommend their fries as a side dish because it was a unique dish. We all really loved the meal! There's a toilet just around the corner in the same block so he will provide you with the key to use the toilet!

Genuinely one of the best pastas I’ve had.

We picked this place initially because it offered a nice vegetarian menu in comparison to other places in Jeju, and was not expecting such a great experience.

The Chef was very nice and warm, greeting and assisting us in choosing pastas and explaining the vegetarian pasta. We ordered a Pulled Pork pasta and a tomato-based pasta (vegetarian) and the pulled pork pasta was genuinely such an amazing plate of pasta.
