Genuinely terrible bibimbap, zero taste, the rice was clumped together and not cooked fluffy. You have to order yourself from a vending machine, pick it up yourself and return it yourself, none of which feels like the Michelin star that they proudly advertise outside. Spoke to the staff, it turns out that Michelin star is for the neighbourhood... And they've just conveniently put it on the branding for their restaurant... Imagine you lived in a UNESCO world heritage area, opened a cafe and then decided to imply that it's a UNESCO world heritage cafe by putting it all over your branding..... Combined with the fact that as they say on there table they give a free product to anyone that leaves a Google review, so take the five star reviews with a pinch of salt (something the food desperately needed). You can find a million better places, the staff were unfriendly, no one even said thank you or goodbye when we left, maybe because they see a lot of tourists but genuinely save yourself the effort. This is not the place to go for good Korean food, Korean hospitality, Korean culture, this is the place to go if you like spending above average prices for below average taste.
I'm almost tempted to go back and see if I can get a free product considering I've now left them a review... If it tastes anything like the food, I leave it for the next five star...
