It was fine, not sure if at the level of what I would expect a Michelin recommendation to be. The main (only) dish is a broth with 2 types of pork, thinly sliced and with bone, and rice. Broth has a green oily ingredient that was a bit spicy, rice had also barley (I think). Pork meat was very soft but was missing some salt, also I think the meat was boiled. We tried the optional side that was the deep fried pork loin, it was spectacular, I wish I had ordered more. It came with an aleoli that was a great pairing.

The jeyuk (thin-sliced boiled pork) came with some coriander salad and lime. Honestly, the kimchi was also very good 👍
Overall, the meals were superb to me, and I'd definitely recommend this place to others when you...
