All the dishes taste good and plated nicely, but just not the authentic Chinese flavor I was expecting. Especially for the heavy flavored bone broth and ramen noodle in the soup noodle, it seems like it is more Janpense/Chinese fusion. The eggplant dumpling is decent and quite interesting. It is extremely hot though, so be careful not to burn your mouth.

상수역 근처 수림식당, 방탈출 가기 전 저녁으로 다녀왔어요. 탄탄면, 새우완탕면, 마파두부덮밥, 가지만두까지 전부 실패 없는 메뉴였고, 특히 가지만두는 겉바속촉이라 꼭 추천하고 싶어요. 탄탄면은 향도 세지 않고 누구나 먹기 좋은 맛이라 입문용으로도 딱. 매장도 따뜻한 우드톤 분위기라 편하게 식사하기 좋았어요.
