Adnan Kebab Halal — Restaurant in Seoul

If you r at Namdaemun Market and looking for halal food, this place could be the one and only. It is a small kebab stall, which serves decent meal(though it is nothing special from turkish kebab) at reasonable price(at least $1 cheaper than Itaewon). You can choose one in chicken shawarma, lamb and falafel to fill in. I ordered chicken shawarma($4) and lamb kebab($5). Sadly falafel was off from menu because of stove issue. Lamb was reheated in microwave, which made it quite dry but not as chicken. Mayonnaise and mustard go for lamb kebab and some kind of bbq sauce and mayonnaise go for chicken kebab. Both have quite much of vegetable, pickle and tomato. There are no seats at least at the time I was there. A young guy welcomes customers and he speaks korean absolutely fluently, but I don't know if he can speak other languages. one thing quite concerened is that chicken shawarma was boldly open to a boulevard where hundreds and thousands of vehicles drive.

남대문시장 바로 옆에 위치한 케밥집으로, 근방에서 흔하지 않은 할랄음식 전문점. 접객하는 젊은 청년은 한국말을 정말 잘한다(한국에서 태어난 걸지도). 좌석 없음. 팔라펠을 튀길 부루스타가 작동하지 않아서 주문하지 못했는데 반죽을 직접 그때그때 튀기는 듯(반죽이 든 통을 보았음). 치킨 케밥, 양고기 케밥 주문했는데 치킨은 대로변에 나있는 샤와르마에서 잘라 넣고, 양고기 케밥은 쾨프테같이 생긴 다진 완자를 전자렌지에 데워 준다. 덕분에 둘 다 뻑뻑. 맵기 선택 가능하고, 소스로는 치킨 케밥에 바베큐 소스와 마요네즈, 양고기 케밥에 겨자와 마요네즈가 들어간다. 둘 다 야채가 넉넉히 들어가고, 빵은 플랫 브레드가 나온다. 딱히 특별한 케밥은 아니고, 이태원 케밥보다 1500원 가량 싸다는 데에 위안을. 다만, 치킨 샤와르마가 도로변에 오픈된 상태로 돌아가서 위생에 신경 쓰는...

A halal, kebab stall offering lamb shish with rice, chicken kebab with rice kebab wraps. Food was delicious, the lamb kebab with rice was 9,500, and it was a good portion. The only thing was there was no designated area to sit, so this is mostly for take-aways. However, the owner/seller seems to have prepared some plastic stools across the stall and we could sit there and enjoy the meals while they're hot.

Situated near the main road at Namdaemun market. Not much choices to choose from the menu, just several dishes which are chicken kebab, lamb kebab and some meat over rice. Price wise; affordable. This place provides only halal food no doubt about it. The shops plays quranic verses from the quran all the times. No tables and chairs provided as it is just like a pop up store, limited spaces for customers but the owner provides small chairs for customers to eat and enjoy their meal outside the store.
