I visited your café with my family — 4 people, including 2 young children aged 5 and 8. I initially ordered 2 drinks and 1 dessert (the sweet potato ice cream) which is a large portion and was meant to share with my kids. So total 3 ordered. However, the cashier told me I needed to order 4 items (because there were 4 people). I believe that was the message, so I agreed and ordered an additional hojicha bingsu — which is also a large dessert. In the end, we had way too much food and couldn’t finish it.

Later, I noticed another table with 2 adults sharing just 1 bingsu, which made me confused and a little frustrated. Why was I required to order 4 items just because I had 2 small children with me, while others were allowed to share?

I tried to ask the staff, but the person at the counter couldn’t speak English, so I gave up. However, I want to leave this feedback because I believe rules should be clearly written and applied consistently to...

This cafe was located near to Bukchon Hanok Village. The interior was very nice, and the atmosphere in the café was calm and relaxing.

The cappuccino was slightly too sour and slightly intense in flavor. It was somewhere between good and okay. Not bad, but not great either. If they could improve the acidity level of the coffee, it would definitely be better.
