웨스틴조선호텔 인근에 위치한 훠궈 전문점입니다. 일식집이 있던 자리에 인테리어가 크게 바뀌지 않아서 그런지 룸처럼 되어 있어 조용한 편이기는 합니다. 다만 부페식인데 셀프바가 멀구요 동선이 특히 불편합니다. 방에서 나오다가 자칫하면 서빙하는 사람들과 부딪힐 수도 있겠네요. 테이블이 많은데 직원이 한 분 밖에 안보이네요 서비스도 무척 부족해 보였습니다. 동선도 먼데다가 접시와 소스 그릇도 무척 사이즈가 작아서 여러번 다녀와야 하네요. 고기는 신선한 편인데 그릇에 몇조각 안 담아지네요. 야채나 꼬치류 종류는 적당한 것 같습니다. 테이블도 작고 특히 훠거 냄비도 작습니다. 두 명이 가면 괜찮은 것 같네요. 사장님이 邓紫棋 팬인지 영업 시간 내내 邓紫棋 노래만 나오네요. 덕분에 귀는 호강하였습니다.

롯데백화점 뒷편에 자리한 훠궈 전문점으로 신선하고 다양한 재료와 홍탕, 백탕, 토마토탕, 버섯탕 등 취향에 맞는 다양한 탕과 유명 훠궈 전문식당 대비 저렴하게 즐길 수 있어서 좋았으며, 사이드로 나온 새우튀김과, 볶음밥도 퀄리티가 좋아서 든든하게 한끼를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 개별 방과 칸막이가 잘되어 있어 다음에는 단체 모임으로 방문할 계획입니다.

평일 8시에도 웨이팅이 있어서 좀 기다렸다가 들어갔어요! 웨이팅 있을만하네요... 무한리필인데 훠궈 탕이 너무 맛있었어요:) 꿔바로우도 먹고 싶어서 주문했는데 나오는데 시간 좀 걸렸지만 맛있었습니다! 다른 훠궈집에 비해 소스 만드는 법이 간단하게만 적혀있어 만드는 게 조금 어려웠는데 그걸 감안해도 또 오고 싶은 맛집이네요:)

평일 8시에도 웨이팅이 있어서 좀 기다렸다가 들어갔어요! 웨이팅 있을만하네요... 무한리필인데 훠궈 탕이 너무 맛있었어요:) 꿔바로우도 먹고 싶어서 주문했는데 나오는데 시간 좀 걸렸지만 맛있었습니다! 다른 훠궈집에 비해 소스 만드는 법이 간단하게만 적혀있어 만드는 게 조금 어려웠는데 그걸 감안해도 또 오고 싶은 맛집이네요:)

Great little hot pot restaurant hidden up a stairwell on a street behind the Lotte hotel. Great choice of veggies and meats. Cold Cass! Not a lick of English, so you have to be comfortable with Korean, Chinese, or "point at the picture and hope all is well". An adventure, and a fun...

used to love here but I was very much offended there’s implicit time limit for Lunch Buffet. You suppose to pay before the limited time which is written invisibly to get special discount for lunch buffet. I thought it wasn’t fare as none of the place...
