Italian Bistro Bonappetit — Restaurant in Seoul

This place I wouldn't recommend to any tourists especially. I was here thinking since it's valentine's day, probably it would be appropriate to eat Italian or western food. However, I had the worst service and experiences ever. Can you imagine this particular restaurant doesn't even have basic F&B knowledge or standards? Isn't it a common sense to serve dessert after main course upon confirmation? Isn't it across all f&b standards around the world? Gosh ..can you imagine I was serve instant for all appetitisers -Soup/ Main Course and dessert all at once! I was stunned .. lost for words. This is like the worst ever service been served. And if you think the drama stopped, totally none. I specifically asked for non -spicy and was served with spicy food.

I asked the hotel staffs whether anyone could speak English, the customer service lady directed me to their restaurant manager. Oh my.. the manager basically wash his hands off this situation by replying saying i wasn't there. So I cannot serve you. Dude.. as a manager, isn't it their duty to check their customers whether food was been served accordingly. And to be responsible if any of their staffs has made any mistakes? Then, my question is; why employ a manager in the first place? If the front line can't even defend, then why hire such a lousy manager?🙄 By having apologies doesn't solve the situation or appease my anger. It's on a valentine's day for good gracious sake.

In the end, just pay the bill as full amt as per on table. No form of discounts or compensation for such...

Is this a great Italian place by American or European standards, no. But after no veggies and all meat the past few days, great to have 2 salads and pasta to share.
