Spill Out . Pizza Bar — Restaurant in Seoul

I admit it took me way longer then expected to finally go and try this place…… shame on me.

I wanted to try the sandwich “the chriswitch” which was absolutely amazing, maybe a bit salty, but still great. And I was intrigued by their Stromboli; basically is a rolled up pizza, (i assume is their own take on the Italian calzone). I have tried the veggie one and I haven’t stop thinking about that amazing rolled cooked dough since then. I need more. I crave more. Next time I might even double down and have 2 different Stromboli flavor at the same time. 🤤

The owner was kind and welcoming, making the experience even better and the all over atmosphere warm and nice.

I had a hankering for pizza and bourbon of all things, and wouldn't you know it, there's a joint in Hongdae, South Korea that serves up both. The vibe is alive & dive .. just perfect. Staff, friendly and bilingual. Proprietor, down to earth, nice guy. Great hang out. I only had a few beers but I was sitting at the bar and watched the owner making the pizza. It looked very good! Ingredients are locally made or - if not available - imported from Italy and the US (which is where the three owners are from).

They specialize on pizza but also serve American appetizers. Craft beers are a big focus too. But they also have the local OB.
