Starbucks Dongdaemun Park — Restaurant in Seoul

Never had such a disappointing experience at Starbucks coffee shops around the world. Since we don't speak Korean, we ordered in English. A lady named Laura helped me take my order. While I was taking my order, she kept replying to me in Korean and asked me questions in Korean. Because I couldn't understand Korean, I replied to her in English. Although she was wearing a mask, I could still feel her impatience. She told me directly that she didn't understand, and then kept looking at me waiting for my reply, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. We had a great experience with every Korean person we met throughout the trip, whether it was someone we asked directions to, store clerks, etc. Even though we didn't speak the same language, everyone treated us very kindly. But on the last day of the trip, Laura, a Starbucks waitress, might have been going through some unhappy personal issues, but her unfriendliness towards people who spoke a different language really made me feel disappointed. Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop. Whenever I travel to a different country, I always want to go there to experience the service and collect coffee cups. Отвратительное обслуживание, испортили настроение мне и моему ребенку. Отказывались выдавать заказ без чека с номером, хотя на кассе не предупредили об этом, что при выдачи нужно предъявить чек!!! и что на нём есть номер и что мне нужно его сохранить, я вообще его могла выкинуть! Ни в одном Старбаксе мира такого не было, а я много где была ! даже в другом Старбаксе в Сеуле нет таких правил ! Мы были единственные иностранки в кафе и наш заказ (два кофе и кекс) стоял один готовый и не было никакой очереди и можно было запомнить наверное, что это мы заказали два кофе и кекс !!! Но нет, нам не выдали заказ пока я не нашла скомканный чек в кармане, хотя видели, что мы были расстроены и ребенок уже плакал. Это ужасно, нельзя так относиться к клиентам и тем более к туристам, которые могут чего-то не знать и не знать языка, впервые сталкиваюсь с таким ужасным обслуживанием! И естественно передо мной никто не извинился, за сложившуюся ситуацию. Если у вас такие строгие правила, вы обязаны меня перепрудить об этом на кассе, после оплаты, чтобы я сохранила чек с номером и предъявила его при выдачи заказа, а то иначе мой оплаченный заказ вы мне не выдадите !!!! Абсурд полнейший, и в итоге я пила свой уже остывший капучино и без настроения, наш вечер был подпорчен...
