The quality of the staff varied a lot, the young women in grey uniforms in the make-up section were particularly bad, when you asked for help they either looked impatient, sighed and kept looking askance, do you think this was because I don't speak Korean? No, they had a completely different attitude towards my white friend, following her around even when she didn't need any help. Unfortunately, my friend found their behaviour strange and vulgar, and when they saw that my friend and I knew each other, they couldn't keep their faces together, which was so freaking ridiculous. They were racist towards Asian people who are not from South Korea. The other female shop assistant, who was slightly older and wore a black uniform, looked very friendly and normal against the backdrop of the others, and she recommended a lot of good...

I have been to plenty of olive young outlets all around Korea and this store was the first to check my identity. After my payment and tax refund went thru, i was keeping my passport when the cashier asked for it one more time. I thought there were issue with the tax refund but she proceeded to take my credit card which was still in the POS machine (without my permission) and matched it against the passport.
