Shocking treatment of customers!!!

Customer service nil!

Served a drink with a fly in it for the owner of the bar to remove the fly with a straw and put it in my other drink! I was rather surprised by the fact that my first drink with the fly wasn't taken away and replaced but to have it removed and put in my can of lemonade was beyond belief!

What was more beyond belief was how when I tried to express that perhaps wasn't the best solution I was told well you have another can to drink!! Wow just wow! I said well you've transferred a fly from one of my drinks to another and you think that's acceptable! Her words were just well you have another can of lemonade! So I was expected to accept a drink that one had had a fly in and 2 think it was totally acceptable that the other drink which obviously I wouldn't be drinking was wasted, I accept this was only half a can of lemonade but its the whole principle of the situation and the way the situation was handled!

The worst of the whole experience was to have 2 euros literally thrown at me in respect to the ruined drink! Yes that's right 2 euros were slung on the table! I do not think it is acceptable to have money thrown at you!! I have never experienced such poor attitude and service in my whole entire life!!

Such a shame as the entertainment was very good and the other waitress was lovely and couldn't help enough! The owner definitely needs to go on a customer service training course and not come to work so highly stressed it was oozing from her!!!

Such a friendly, down to earth place, with some really good entertainment. Staff are brilliant, hello Becky🥳😇. Almost worth going just to play the card game, Sticky 13😵‍💫. If you’ve never played it, it’s a hoot!! Only reason for 1 star for food is they don’t actually do any themselves. This is a friendly little Café just down from our hotel (Coral Ocean View). Now serving breakfast (English, Scottish and Veggie), and to soon offer food in the evenings. Breakfast was the right portion and the coffee is just what's needed after a few cocktails last night. Cost is half that of hotel breakfast, with better service. Will be back...
