Lovely apartments between Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas.

Apartments: The apartments themselves are clean, spacious and well equipped. No air con, but there are ceiling fans. We stayed in April and managed without hiring air con but if you went at the height of summer you’d need it. In the kitchen is a full size fridge/freezer, two hobs, a microwave and toaster. They leave some washing up liquid for you too! The sofa bed in the front room isn’t comfy as a bed. It is a comfy sofa though. Tele with analogue channels is available, plus a little table and chairs. We then had a balcony which overlooked a walkway/garden and a pull-out clothes airer. In the bathroom, there is a really decent shower, good size mirror and a hairdryer. Good lighting, storage under the sink and spacious enough. We did struggle to get hot water a lot of the time! The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. There are about ten hangers in the double sliding wardrobes, and the safe is situated here which costs about 20 euros plus a 10 euro deposit. Some apartments have two balconies and three floors which is amazing so it’s pot luck! Some apartments are also at the back of the complex. This means you’ll need to be quite mobile to navigate the steps. For 10 euros deposit, you can have a key to the back gate which means you can avoid the steps by walking around the outside of the complex and up a slight incline (not steep and not far) and access the highest apartments without all the steps to climb).

Pool/bar area The pool is open 10-6 and they’re strict on this - and it feels restrictive. 6pm is very early to close the pool! It slopes to about 6.5foot deep in the middle of the pool. The lifeguard will allow some ball games in the pool but makes it clear you can’t annoy other guests which is great. Now the pool bar is another story. It is run by a man who is a bully (or tries to be) and thinks he can change the hotel rules to make you buy his wares! You are permitted to take your own food and drinks to the sun loungers but the tables and chairs are strictly for use of customers of the bar - you don’t buy, you don’t sit. It is run separately to the hotel. Prices aren’t bad. Food is ok, basic. We didn’t try the steak house at the front of the hotel but the food looked fabulous.

General hotel: If they could charge you for fresher air or warmer weather they would! This is typical, of course, but worth mentioning. Reception staff were very good - accommodating, helpful and very friendly. The area is well maintained and some lucky guests in our party were able to watch parrots flying in the surrounding palm trees. In general we would stay again!

The area: Very close to the beach. There is a little supermarket (spar) as you turn left out of the hotel, but if you turn right, you’ll find a larger supermarket a little further up and on the right. We paid a euro each for a pack of cheese and a pack of ham, bought a loaf of bread and made toasties in the room! Some lovely freshly baked goods there too - 2 euros for a pack of four pastries which was a nice treat. We loved going down to the beachfront and eating there. We had some bargain meals at Bora Bora, and paid 1.50 euros per pint! The paella there was good too. A little further up and you have some quieter, more expensive but lovely restaurants too. The curry house located to the right of the hotel as you walk out was reasonably priced and delicious too. Highly recommended!

In general we would stay here again but may look for something either more central to Adeje or Playa de...

Stayed at this hotel for two weeks and definitely will not be back… ||Arrived at around 8/8.30pm at night, we were given a room way at the top of the complex and given a side key to walk around the side of the hotel up a hill to try and find our room with no real instructions on were the room was exactly located…. ||It’s honestly a hike to get to your room using the steps… ||Rooms were clean on arriving and very spacious however no aircon, two calling fans one in the livingroom and one in the bedroom, the bedroom fan was spinning fast and the one in the livingroom was spinning slow ( more less circulating the warm air around the room) |We ended up finding a brilliant company on Facebook and were able to rent a airconn unit for €90!! ||Before arriving reading reviews/ and the description the hotel gave on the website website I was made aware cleaners everyday with fresh towels…. We went 3 days without fresh towels and when I approached reception the women said towels are replaced every other day, one day the beds and towels are changed and the following day the floor is brushed and mopped and told me that the cleaner left fresh towels yesterday, when infact they didn’t as I was in the room, I was told it would be tomorrow before I could get fresh towels as there was no cleaners about, Cleaners are very lazy, I sat in the room a few times and the floors were brushed not even mopped, towels were picked up off the floor and hung back up as if they were fresh towels. ||When checking into the hotel you sign a page to say you understand the pool rules which one is no reserving or your towels would be removed, for the whole two weeks I was there when going down to the pool at 9/9.30 most sunbeds were gone with no one sitting with them and not coming down to their sunbed to 2/3 in the afternoon. ||The bar at the pool serves lovely food and the cocktails are delicious the bar staff were very polite and full of crack, couldn’t vault the two men who served everyday 😆||Another very alarming thing was there isn’t security about this hotel, the front of this hotel is right on the street meaning anyone at anytime could walk into this hotel as there was no way of saying if they were staying there or not as no wristbands or anything, multiple times in the apartment beside ours there were groups of men and women coming in and out throughout the night at all hours, who weren’t staying there as were wearing wristbands to a different hotel. ||A week into our stay, we were woke up every morning between 7.30/8.00 from banging and saw machines, the room beside us was being renovated , noise went on to 2/3 throughout the day, when I complained to the reception how we weren’t made aware of work being carried out and if we could move room, we were told we would have to stay were we are as complex is full, however plenty of rooms were free and had been free for 2/3 days ||On our second last night we seen a rat on the stairs just to top off the horrible experience we had. ||Really wouldn’t...

Rooms are lovely and clean , could do with having air con installed , we did struggle with the steps to apartment but then purchased the key for the carpark so avoided using the steps. The downside to this complex is their rules its a self catering holiday but ur not allowed to bring ur own food or drinks to the pool as apparently they say they don't want to encourage bugs etc and you have to purchase all food and drinks from the pool bar which could also attracts bugs (so what's their point on this ) we were a party of 17 so buying our meals everyday is expensive and with 5 autistic children and 1 diabetic this wasnt an option , going back to our apartment also wasnt an option as we had to walk up at least 50 steps and if you left your lounger for 30 mins your towel was removed , the pool bar was struggling with the amount of guests 1 day and when we approached to order the guy screamed at us come back 10 minutes so that was the last day we used the pool bar I wont be spoken to like that, 1 of the receptionist was very unhelpful and when we told her about the way we were spoken to she just shrugged her shoulders and said nothing she can do , we also kept having letters off reception 3 days cause we hadnt locked the door when i was only in my daughters apartment nx door for maids to clean 2 lerters for not parking mobility scooter properly in space definitely find somewhere else to stay if you want a relaxing holiday cause this place makes you feel on edge constantly. Also we arrived at 7pm there was 3 people to a room we only had bedding for 1 bed , when I asked in reception for bedding for sofa bed was told would av to wait until the morning so 1st night slept on sofa bed no sheets or pillows the next day reception wanted me to confirm how many in room as I had 4 beds and I asked for 4 pillows she said only 3 in room so only bedding for 3...

Just back from a week here. Apartments are basic but clean. We had a living room with dining area and sofa which turns into a bed, full kitchen with fridge & freezer, double bedroom with good wardrobe and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. Shower was great. Balcony was good size with a table & 4 chairs. Got the sun in the morning and overlooked the rear of the complex which had a public park, was nice and quiet to sit in. The only thing was the heat inside the apartment and it had no air-conditioning - it would have cost 80 euro for the week to get a unit put in but with us being there start of June we were okay with a fan in the bedroom. If it were July/August we probably would have paid it. Pool area good - always got a sunbed no matter what time we went down. Good music wasn't too loud either. Pool bar serves great cocktails especially strawberry daiquiris 🍹and they served food throughout the day too which was reasonably priced. Bar staff very friendly. Pool closed at 6 but we could still lay out. Bar closed shortly after. Would have been good if it stayed open abit longer. The apartments are in a great location, pretty much between Costa Adeje and playa de las Américas. Just a short walk to the beach and bars/restaurants/cafes. The restaurant at the front of the complex is nice too! If you are looking to go out for a good cafe for brunch I recommend Petras just up from the ibrox bar or the cozy cafe just down from there off the main street. Toilets, clothes washing facilities, TV room, gym all located below the pool area. With check out being 12 and our bus picking us up after 6pm, we were abit disappointed that we couldn't get a late check out and there were no showers for us to get washed after sunbathing all day. This is our 2nd time staying here but we'll definitely stay here again when in tenerife! Thanks!

Large and spacious rooms. Great value! The stairs aren't as bad as people have made out, (something like 5 sets of 5 steps with breaks in between) though if you do struggle to get about I would advise informing the hotel staff prior to arrival and requesting one on the lower levels. There is also a back entrance you can get a key for (deposit required) which is a bit more accessible. The pool area is lovely and the bar does a good selection of food & drink. The cleaners were very friendly and happy to return if you weren't quite ready for them. The beach is only a 5 minute walk and there's plenty of shops, restaurants and bars near by. The restaurant attached was the only let down, and as a result we only ate there the once. The staff seemed pretty grumpy and their garlic prawns were cooked in oil rather than butter so lacked flavour (they subsequently made me sick that evening too so I'd avoid those) however their meat dishes were great and the service was prompt.

Will 100% be back to this place... The apartments are some if the best we have seen and having stayed in Tenerife prior in hotels.. The freedom of having your own apartment is just perfect! Modern and stylish... Clean and has tvs in all rooms with an array of channels... BBC 1 and ITV... Fans in all rooms and the cleaners are awesome! Pool guard is amazing and looks out for spaces for you when the pool area is full! Leaving towels to reserve beds is rude and ignorant and he is on top of this everyday... Thankfully! Steakhouse downstairs is incredible as is the cafe poolside... Highly recommend the freshly BBQ burgers 😛 situated right in between ALL the best placed 10 mins to las America's walking and 10 mins to Adeje harbour the other way! Where paddy mcguiness's take me out (itv) is filmed! Just incredible holiday in everyway! 24hr supermarket across the road and plenty of super eateries! Thankyou to all the staff!
