If I could put zero stars I would ✖️ Ok To put this out there my sister has multiple disabilities and needs assistance with everything, so my family went in for to use your bathroom and get ice cream, my mum was taking my sister to the bathroom when your stuff member whistled at her a yell at her because she didn’t know that she needed a key, then me and my dad were waiting for them to come back to get stuff because they had the money, one staff member banned on the door shouting that they’re was a massive queue outside waiting (no one was there just me and my dad), the a other member of staff came up to me and said to please tell the woman to hurry up because they are apparently closing soon (even though they don’t close until 10 pm and it was only 4 o’clock), my sister being in stress because of your staff members came out of the toilet upset and overwhelmed, my mum said sarcastically to the staff member “ where is the massive queue of people” and your staff member accusingly said that they were there for half an hour (it was 10 minutes) backing forward they argued because their attitude was awful and awful towards my sister that has a disability

I have read some of your other reviews and this is what I have to add. A) if you still use your €1 role for going to the bathroom no one told us.

B) if you tell us to go down the stairs and use the public bathroom my sister can’t go down stairs and also if you’re staff member though she took half an hour to be in the bathroom with that logic she would have took her 2 hours.

Also when my mum tried to tell your staff member that my sister had a disability I needed some extra time your staff member said “oh really?” In a sarcastic way. It is NOT OK

Last thing if you try to say that you don’t remember us, I am the one with the bright green hair and my dad is the one with all the tattoos on his arms, my mum the the blonde one and my sister was the one in tears and limping ☺️

Update Please note I cannot respond to response however please note that handicapped is not a term that is generally used now and you should know better I also think as a store that serves food that you are probably obliged to have a bathroom facility.My mother was going to buy some of your products when she came out the bathroom as she had the card and cash and this was mentioned but was so distressed we just left.

Also please note in span it is NOT legal to post security footage online ( I study law) And we are not from London we are Scottish.

I have visited this place 3 times in 2 days buying ice creams for my children. The ice cream choice is good and when we spending our money the service was great. We were passing this morning and my little boy needed the loo. I asked if it was possible for him to use the loo and the lady working there was very rude. She said it was for paying customers only. Whilst I fully appreciate that they cannot run a public loo we were repeat customers and felt this was a bit mean and not great customer service, especially as it was for my young son. Last time I will be visiting this holiday sadly.

As I am unable to respond to the response I would like to reiterate that I understand you cannot run a public loo. I would have willingly paid the 1 euro if that was an option as I did not know about the other loo. I also understand you do not recognise all your loyal customers which was why I told your member of staff that we were. My issue is not with your ice cream but with the fact I was spoken to so rudely and my little one was desperate for the loo. Maybe staff...

We discovered this place by accident, but boy, what an amazing place. It's a dream place for people who love sweet food. We have tried a few amazing treats. The ice cream is the best on the south side of the island. I would even risk it to say it's the best in Tenerife. The ice cream is creamy and not too sweet, scoops are big and fairly priced. There are more than 20 flavours to choose from. Vegan Ice cream is available too, around 10 flavors and they're amazing. No bad aftertaste, sweet and creamy, like real ice cream. The coffee is very good. There are hot, iced, with alcohol options too. Toasted sandwich, croissant, smoothie, crepe, cake etc. There are lots of options to choose from and they are all very tasty. The owners are very nice and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. They have a lucky wheel for the kids to spin if they are having ice cream and win a free topping.
