Kalouna Beach Club is well located with an incredible view, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the scenery. However, several aspects of our experience were disappointing.

We paid €150 for a bed, which included €100 worth of consumption. However, we were surprised to find out that towels were not included, a crucial detail that is unfortunately not mentioned on the website. This somewhat dampened our experience from the start.

Additionally, we had to pay an extra €20 entrance fee per person, on top of the bed fee.

Regarding the food, it was quite decent. I particularly enjoyed the pizza, which was delicious. However, the service was extremely poor. The waiter introduced himself at the beginning, claiming to be responsible for our bed, but after that initial introduction, he completely disappeared. I had to go to the bar myself to order my bottle, which is unacceptable for an establishment of this standard.

The music, a key element for the ambiance of a beach club, was particularly bad, adding to our disappointment.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The place has a lot of potential, but the staff are absolutely appalling! We were a group of 16 women looking for a good day out and lots of drinks. We had to constantly chase staff to come and take our order as they were too busy chatting amongst themselves. Anyone we did manage to get a hold of was rude, unpleasant and dismissive. I even had one of the staff member's put his hand in my face at one point. Completely unacceptable and unnecessary. Will not return and for anyone considering going don't waste your money.

In regards to your response, that is completely untrue. If we were rude or abusive or said F off at any point i'm sure we would have been asked to leave. We are a group of women not animals. And for the record that absolutely did not happen. Poor show that you can't hold your hands up when you have it wrong. We were nothing but polite and patient under the circumstances.
