I went to this shop today with my partner. I was dressed in a khaki T shirt dress, not very flash although I have an extensive property portfolio. My partner asked the lady about adidas trainers. He was told he would need to shop in POOR SHOPS!

I was shocked by this snobby statement!

I own 2 estate agencies, a bar, cafe and over 30 properties. Poor no? I just don’t show it in the way I dress.

I was horrified that my partner got such a snobby response from the lady who had brown bobbed hair. I don’t know if she owned the shop, or was a meagre employee.

For the record, your shop is a poor shop.

You have a poor attitude and I can afford more expensive things than what you have stocked, some of which I thought were a bit tacky with no class, a bit like the staff.

I would have never have spoken to any of my customers in my estate agencies, cafe, restaurant, tenants, the way my partner was spoken to.

My partner was looking for trainers as well as tops, I would have maybe have spent money in the shop had my partner not been spoken to in that way.

I went in to this shop today with my partner. I explained to the owner that I was looking for Adidas trainers. The salesperson had said to me that I had better look in the poorer shops. My partner who was with me is a multi millionaire who could have bought the whole shop. The attitude of this employee or shop owner stinks. It doesn't matter how people dress or what they ask for. Every person should be treated with curtesey. My partner regularly buys handbags at £400 plus and footwear which is more expensive than what this shop stocks. People that are wealthy don't always show it. You should always respect your customers. You won't get anywhere in life with an attitude like that. Called in on three occasions this week. A lovely shop with an excellent choice of designer brands. I was served by Laura and Rob who were both very friendly, extremely helpful and most of all very patient as I was continually changing my mind. Nothing was too much trouble. Finished up buying three tee shirts, a polo shirt and a pair of shorts all Boss. Really pleased with my purchases and cannot thank Laura and Rob enough for the attention snd service they gave me.
