Elvis Bar — Restaurant in Adeje

Visited last night. Arrived 10.30pm ordered 2 brandys and a G&T. Great live band on singing Motown covers. Absolutely brilliant. 15 minutes after arriving we were asked if we wanted a drink!!! We are 3 ladies, we like a drink and like spending money. Between 10.45 and 10.55 we were asked 6 times if we wanted a drink!!! At 10.55 just before Elvis came on, one female bar staff came over and told us if we didn’t order a drink we would have to leave as some other people were waiting for a table. We ordered a drink and Elvis came on, he was excellent! Thoroughly miffed. Our bill was €32 euros for 6 drinks. So cheap!! 2 tables in front of us when we arrived billed €14 euros per table in 2 hours and had soft drink and a pint. Absolute discrimination from bar staff which was a shame as we wanted to have more drinks but on principle didn’t and we didn’t give our usual generous tip. We popped in here this morning for breakfast with our little girl. The service was superb! The lady serving us was welcoming and friendly, nothing was a bother for her! It was fairly busy and she was rushed off her feet, but still maintained high levels of customer service throughout. The food came in good time, and was lovely! The jumbo breakfast was absolutely spot on and probably too cheap for what you got! The coffee was that nice we got two each in the end; and the added bonus of having 90’s dance classics on was a very welcome addition!

This place is an absolute hidden gem, and would highly reccomend it to anyone and is close to Fanabe beach (next to Ale-hop). Great start to the morning and set us up for a day...

Me and my wife popped in to the bar late on as we heard the boy george tribute act as we were passing and it was fantastic, it was late on and still busy so we just joined in and had a great night, what was left of the night that is, we got our photos taken with the act and he was a lovely guy, we went back in the next day to ask where the act was playing next but the chap that I think was the owner didn't know but he said he would find out and text me, I didn't think he would remember to text me but he did, thank you very much as he didn't need to but it shows he is a man of his word, great place with a great owner and staff, we...
