Have tried the Chef burger twice now and would rate it as very good, like a 4/5. Perfect bread, juicy tasty meat, good cheese, nice sauce, a tad too much of the caramelised onion and served in a brilliant packaging.
Also tried Smashing Chori with pork meat and I would rate that as good, a 3/5. The meat was too undercooked again and lacked a good maillard plus the piggy flavour was quite overwhelming. Personally I think that burger would taste way better with normal beef instead of using pork
All burgers comes included with good home made fries, still with peel on them but correctly fried and quite tasty.
What could be improved? Firstly any serious smash place should offer single, double and even triple smash, preferably in 80gr smash portions.
A 200gr smash burger is quite large and I assume way to big for most women. A single smash burger would also lower the price a bit for those who don’t want such a large burger. Also being 100gr smash portions it’s a tad harder to get cook them through. While the burger is good I do feel it has been slightly undercooked both times thus I suspect there’s a lack of heat and they don’t get that perfect slightly crispy maillard on them.
Both times I went the service was fast, efficient and very friendly.
A nice little place with just a few high tables with bar stools around them. Quirky welcoming design. Unfortunately no outside seating available.
A little word of warning though, the air inside is rather poor and it gets really hot in there quickly plus your clothes will obviously pick up a lot of smells. This being in the winter so I hope they solve their ventilation for the...

The food did not taste fresh for me so I stopped eating after taking four bites. I asked for well-done, but after the last bite I noticed that the meat was undercooked.
