Vilaflor — Restaurant in Arona

Terrible experience with dr. Villaflor. I went to him for a medical consultation and paid 40 euros for recipes. The following day, I called him twice for advice and you never answered me. On Saturday morning I went to his office to ask for advice on a medicine and I was literally thrown out of the study for no reason. Without explanation and without the study being busy. I went to the pharmacy 50 meters from his studio near the Lacoste shop and I was told that Dr. Villaflor suffers from serious psychological and personality disorders. He loses a lot of patients for this reason depending on his mental state. He literally screams behind patients for no reason when he has one of his bad days, as it happened to me. I personally do not recommend it to all Italian, French, English, German and Russian tourists. A doctor cannot behave in this way, especially when he has made the oath of hippocrite to help people and not to hunt them according to his mood. I repeat that in my life I have never had such an unprofessional and crude experience on the part of a cspace doctor to scream for no reason, only because of his serious psychological disorder.

Esperienza terribile con il dott. Villaflor. Sono andato da lui per un consulto medico e ho pagato 40 euro per delle ricette. Il giorno seguente, l’ho chiamato 2 volte per un consiglio e non mi hai mai risposto. Il sabato mattina mi sono recato presso il suo studio, per chiedere un consiglio in merito ad un medicinale e sono stato letteralmente buttato fuori dallo studio senza motivo. Senza spiegazione e senza che lo studio fosse occupato. Mi sono recato alla farmacia a 50 metri dal suo studio vicino al negozio della Lacoste e mi e’ stato detto che il dottor villaflor soffre di disturbi psicologici gravi e della personalita’. Perde moltissimi pazienti per questo motivo a seconda del suo stato mentale. Urla letteralmente dietro ai pazienti senza motivo quando ha una delle sue giornate storte, come e’ successo a me. Io personalmente lo sconsiglio a tutti i turisti italiani, francesi, inglesi, tedeschi e russi. Un medico non si puo’ comportare in questo modo, soprattutto quando ha fatto il giuramento di ippocrite di aiutare le persone e non di cacciarle a seconda del suo stato d’animo. Ripeto che nella mia vita non mi era mai capitata un’esperienza cosi’ poco professionale e rozza da parte di un medico cspace di urlare senza motivo, solo a causa di un suo disturbo psicologico grave.

Страшный опыт с доктором. Villaflor. Я пошел к нему за медицинской консультацией и заплатил 40 евро за рецепты. На следующий день я дважды звонил ему за советом, а ты мне никогда не отвечал. В субботу утром я пошел в его офис, чтобы попросить совета по поводу лекарства, и меня буквально выбросили из кабинета без причины. Без объяснений и без учёбы. Я пошел в аптеку в 50 метрах от его студии возле магазина Lacoste, и мне сказали, что доктор Вильяфлор страдает от серьезных психологических и личностных расстройств. По этой причине он теряет много пациентов в зависимости от его психического состояния. Он буквально кричит позади пациентов без причины, когда у него один из его плохих дней, как это случилось со мной. Я лично не рекомендую его всем итальянским, французским, английским, немецким и русским туристам. Врач не может вести себя таким образом, особенно когда он дал клятву гиппокрита, чтобы помогать людям, а не охотиться на них в соответствии с его настроением. Я повторяю, что в своей жизни у меня никогда не было такого непрофессионального и грубого опыта со стороны космического доктора кричать без причины, только из-за его серьезного психологического...

Avoid avoid avoid! The service was terrible. The waiter stood over our shoulder as we looked at the menu until I told him we needed some time. We noticed in small print that tax wasn’t included. I asked what the tax is just so we knew prior to ordering. He asked me what the tax was where I’m from and I told him and he swiftly told me that the tax rate in London was 25%. I said that’s great, but what is the tax you’ll be charging here because everywhere else we’ve eaten, the tax is included in the price as is. Dry standard in Europe. Finally he told me it was 7%. The food was ok, not hot and you have to pay extra for sauce of any type. I’m ok with paying extra for things, but you need to be told that it’s extra and the cost so you can decide if you still want the sauce. We just felt very nickel and dimes here. There are so many choices in this are where you can eat right on the water so do yourself a favor and pick a different restaurant. Also, our waiter didn’t stop. Y once to ask how our meal was or to see if we needed anything. I asked the bus boy who was cleaning the table next to us for tarter sauce with my fish, which as stated above we had to pay for. We also had to park for this mushroom sauce for my husbands chicken skewers which’s the sauce was offered at the time...

This restaurant was an accidental find. My mum and I visited due to needing a break after a long duration of walking however, we ended up visiting every day of our holiday. The restaurant provides a wide range of both food and drink options, offering a selection of cocktails, juices, milkshakes and other beverages too. The food was also very enjoyable, especially for the price. The reason why food is being rated 4/5 is due to it perhaps not being quite as tasty as surrounding restaurants. Despite this, it was very enjoyable. The customer service within this restaurant was excellent, the only fault (if i was to be very picky) is that when it is busy it can become quite difficult to get a hold of a waiter to order additional things or to pay. Staff within Vilaflor are so polite, so professional which results in such a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely visit on my next holiday...
