It's a cheekiness how waitresses treat customers In this restaurant! A tall slim waitress with love tattoos on her hind arm found it seemingly disturbing that she should cut our pizza. She was clearly pissed and cut our pizza so aggressively that our pizza slipped off the plate several times and touched the table! We ordered water from her and she didn't feel entitled to bring us the water. We waited 10 minutes for our water, which was already ready at the counter. Another waiter brought it to us then. When we wanted to pay the bill, we waited 15 minutes until we got the attention of a waiter. No one felt it necessary to ask us if we need something. We got up already and no one came. Several waitresses walked past us several times and ignored us. And the highlight of the evening was that three waitresses were talking about us in front of our eyes. We pretended we didn't know Spanish. The long slim waitress with the love tattoos on her arms and the black hotpan, a waitress at the drinks counter and another waitress were blaspheming about us in front of us while she held a piece of paper in front of her mouth and looked at us constantly. Unfortunately, we understood everything 😂 The other two waitresses were a little small and young. It is not ok how to act here. The restaurant owners are sitting next door and doing nothing. I don't know if you will notice what is happening, but you should take care of it. There are several influencers who share very bad experiences with this staff and unfortunately we had to experience exactly that. We were hoping that it was not true, but it was confirmed on the first visit. This was definitely our last visit. We don't understand what kind of problem this waitress with the tattoos had with us. If you are annoyed by your work, you should not work as a waitress. However, customers should not feel this. This is a cheekiness. Anyway. The food was otherwise delicious, but it was too little for the money. 17€ for a mini portion of spaghetti with sauce is a lot. Nevertheless, it...

Service very poor we booked and then had to wait. Once sat down took quite a while to serve us drinks we was then there about half hour before we ordered food, I did ask if we could order food but got told waiter would be along shortly. Once ordered the starters came within good time. Mains took over an hour once I see people coming in after us and getting there good I ask where our mains were and the waiter did apologise it was his fault I'm guessing once you have your starters the waiter should then notify kitchen when your ready for your mains I'm guessing this did not happen. Once mains came we was missing some sides we had ordered and it was the wrong pizza (although it looked nice) after chasing the sides these still did not come, we then ask the manager after asking the manager to chase our sides we see the manager, chef and some waiters at the kitchen area having a argument/disagreement 15 mins later still not got the sides we had just had enough at this point so we ask for the bill for drinks/starters that we had, the manager got really arsy and was really rude and snappy, and repeated a few times in an angry maner no bill just leave. The manager not once went to the waiter that served us to find out what had gone wrong he just seem to get agumentive with every other members of staff.

Food starters we had bruschetta and the garlic bread they was nice but nothing special. Mains ravioli, I did try this while we was trying to get the rest of our food it had no flavour it was quite bland so not to my taste we also had a pizza never tried this and it was not the pizza we ordered although looked nice. Definitely better food and Italian restaurants on the island that have better food.

Atmosphere was good lovely decor.

Me and my girlfriend went to limonella tonight and to say something positive, we were truly blown away by the decor of the restaurant. So nice and it looks like the real deal, we have tried top restaurants in rome and this definitely looked like one.

However, the level of service was very bad. We were approached by a waiter that didn't even say hello, what would you like to order? I asked will we order food after what felt like maybe 20 seconds of silence? Very strange, we also reliesed minutes later that we didn't even order drinks, he came back like 5 minutes later to ask us what we wanted to drink.

A rude lady waiter came to our table with our drinks and didn't even smile, say hello or look at us while she was pouring our drinks.

We both ordered the tomateide and the diavlo pizza which both looked great. Unfortunately my girlfriend complained that her pizza is really spicy which I thought was wierd because there was no ingredients on her pizza which should be spicy. On my pizza there should be yes and it was extremely mild.

I am a chilli head and I eat spicy food every day, really spicy food. On my gfs pizza, it looked like there was a tomato salsa with chillies in it. You could actually see the chilli seeds, I tried it and I was shocked at how spicy it was, definitely something normal spice lovers would not enjoy. My gf was very dissappointed and I was very annoyed as this chilli sauce should have been on my pizza. The Diavola is the spicy pizza no? It was like it was a mistake or something but I'm not sure.

The pizzas were very mediocre aswell, they were cooked well but had a very average flavour. The motto of this restaurant should be just because a restaurant looks nice doesn't mean the food or service is!...
