If you come to Tenerife DO NOT COME TO THESE PLACES! me and my boyfriend came here for a 12 day holiday and on the 3rd night it was all completely turned upside down. We came to the strip and immediately got dragged into sugareef by a British guy in his 20s, muscular build..telling us about the cheap drinks, we remember having 1 drink (watered down) at about 8pm and all of a sudden it was 2am, I was on my own crying walking up and down the strip because I couldn’t find my boyfriend, he ended up finding his way back to me absolutely covered in blood, had none of his belongings (phone, t shirt, sunglasses etc.) and was also in a hysteric state, confused and worried because he couldn’t find me, we soon released the next day that we had been spiked after I was violently ill being sick, shaking and couldn’t move, I was confused all day and my stomach was hurting extremely bad, luckily I came back with my phone and our money, but my power bank was stolen which makes me believe they attempted to steal my phone and thought that was it…later on that day I managed to get myself up and we went back to sugareef to ask if they’d had a phone handed in, and the same guy that coaxed us in interrupted to tell us what sounded like a rehearsed conversation about how the lookie lookies have stolen it and they create a distraction etc. we just went back to the hotel knowing we had no luck..after checking our bank statements to make sure nobody was spending our money, we realised we had only spent €20 the entire night, but we’re both “paralytic” off of 1 drink… it got to around 10pm that night and was getting worried because my boyfriend was getting worse with his injury. We spent all night in the hospital and he has spent the rest of our holiday on antibiotics, it ruined our entire holiday and we still have no idea what could’ve happened to us that night, but the bars and lookie lookie men are all in on it, security guards too, it just isn’t a safe...

Was having a really good night with friends until the night was ruined by one their own shot sellers called Rebecca. We spent a lot of money and even tipped the staff and this girl was clearly drunk whilst working. We noticed our rounds for the same drinks were getting more expensive each time and felt we were being ripped off. Twice she fell out with us and came back 10 mins later being all nice again. My friend went toilet and left his wallet on our table we were sat at. This girl then went into his wallet without permission took a €20 note from it and insisted on itll pay for the shots she was gonna pour us that we didnt even ask for or want. Because of this we told her she had no right to go into someones wallet and she escalated it further trying to talk over us and talk her way around it, making a right show of herself. She then got violent and threw punches at myself at least 5 times to the face just because she wouldnt accept she was in the wrong, then had the cheek to cry to surrounding people telling them it was us bullying her and even hitting her, a lot of people saw the whole thing and agreed with me that i did nothing wrong at all, as i just stood there with my hands in my pocket when she was throwing the punches. The girl is a bad representative of this club and is clearly not fit to do her job. We shall not be coming back here if people like her are being employed. Her alone ruined the whole night for our group and it certainly wpuld not have been...

Absolutely disgusting. During an argument with the bartender , rather than taking my boyfriend out normally by escorting him out, 10 security men decide to physically hit and assault my boyfriend, kicking him, punching him, throwing him around, leaving him with a black eye and nearly broken nose as well as bruises all over his body. its absolutely disgustingly appauling. They look for a fight and an argument and thats all they want, i tried to break it up and i nearly get punched in the face too because one security man swung for me when i pleaded for them to stop, as a girl crying begging them. Ontop of this, when my boyfriend was pleading for them to stop while curled up in a ball on the floor one of the security men tried to steal his bag too while kicking him in the face. My boyfriend was complient and apologised for waving a drink coupon around in the air, this should have not happened under ANY circumstance. I advise anyone not to come here because the security arnt there to keep you safe but theyre there for a fight. fucking disgusting, excuse my language. I praised this club day and night, came here nearly every day of my holiday, but never again. You should be ashamed...
