ÁNDELE Santa Fe — Restaurant in Barcelona

We arrived at around 20:35 to have a drink and something to eat. We stood for 10 minutes waiting to be approached and directed towards seating. We finally seated ourselves due to another couple leaving without ordering and thought we might be a little bit luckier having asked the waiter if it was ok we took a seat. This was 20:45. Another couple came, sat, ordered and their drinks were delivered.

As for our experience, we were not acknowledged by the staff even when approached twice to let them know we were ready to order. Terrace was not even full: 5 tables. We left at 21:00h with no one ever approaching our table.

We were looking forward to a michelada and nachos, we hope that next time the workflow is...

Really bad service. The staff couldn't care less about customers, they know that since they are near the movie theater, they will always have customers. We asked them to do little bit more the burger, and when it came back, they removed the cheese, which it is normal but they could have put another one. The rice could have been from two or three days ago, and the food in general didn't taste like anything. Very very disappointing. In the one in l'illa diagonal the staff is very friendly, totally...

Restaurante mediocre en Sarrià. Fui a comer y pedí el menú del mediodía. Mi elección fueron frijoles de olla de entrante, tostada de carnitas de principal y crepas de cajeta de postre. A continuación reseño el servicio ofrecido:

Comida: Es pasable, sin más. No repetiría. Además, las cantidades son pequeñas y para el común de los mortales, es probable que te quedes con hambre.

Servicio: Si tienes prisa el servicio es lento. Sobre todo en la terraza, porque el camarero suele tomarse su tiempo para salir a controlar. No es excesivamente lento pero sí más de lo habitual. En mi caso, me trajo antes el entrante que la bebida y tuve que recordarle la bebida después de rato esperando.

Local, limpieza, baños: El local luce bien decorado y limpio. La terraza es adecuada y le da un buen valor al restaurante. Baños no he entrado.

Precio: Caro para lo que ofrece. La bebida no entra en el menú y te pegan un palo exagerado por ella. Ahí está la "trampa", el menú vale 12€ pero te cobran la bebida a más de 3€. En total, algo más que 15€. No sé si puedes pedir agua de grifo o es consumición obligatoria.

En conclusión, si tienes una emergencia quizás es una opción, pero en la misma zona hay mejores opciones por un precio similar o menor para comer a mediodía. Lo que es seguro es que no volvería por gusto para comer a...
