4uatre LOUNGE — Restaurant in Barcelona

Please be very careful with the check. We were 5 people and when I went to pay, the paper of the cashier "did not work" and I wanted to have the detail because the total looked quite expensive (42€). The lady offered me to send me the bill by email. When we asked some more details all together because I wanted to insist a bit further it appeared the total was of 37.5€ so obviously they wanted to scam us. Too bad we all lived in the neighborhood...Well I thought this kind of practice occurred only in Italy. Strange coincidence that there was a mistake on the bill and that the bill could not be issued. Sitio INCREÍBLE!! Los chicos son MARAVILLOSOS!!! Luis, un tío súper atento, que da de él mucho más que simplemente su "trabajo", (atención increíble, simpatía, amabilidad, cercanía, sonrisa, predisposición y muchísimas ganas), en definitiva, se nota que ama su trabajo. Las chicas, (disculpad no me acuerdo de vuestro nombre), simplemente fantásticas, siempre dando un poquito más que simplemente "servirte un plato o una copa'.Amables, serviciales, cercanas, simpáticas y súper profesionales. Jordi, el cocinero, qué decir de este hombre!!! como cocinero ESPECTACULAR, tiene unas manos increíbles para la cocina, los arroces los borda, (el arroz con bogavante), de los mejores, por no decir el MEJOR que he comido en mi vida!! (arroz en su punto, el caldo con un sabor alucinante, y todo cocinado con mucho cariño), adora su trabajo y eso se nota en aquello que crea en la cocina. Amable, súper atento a cualquier detalle, simpático, cercano, profesional... Y los cocktails... Sin palabras, BUENÍSIMOS y todos aderezados con una sonrisa. Si alguien quiere probar buena cocina/cocktails, a un precio más que razonable, con un servicio atento al detalle, pegarse unas buenas risas y sentirse como en casa, sin duda, visitad uno de mis locales preferidos en Barcelona. We went to watch a couple of sports games, there’s a big screen and the space is cousy. The food was very good, especially in terms of quality-price ratio considering they’re located in The Rambla. We recommend you to try the Gambas, Alitas de Pollo and Calamares.
