Agachaito — Restaurant in Barcelona

I have only a few words to describe this restaurant - genuine, friendliness and scrumptious food.

We've had a party of hungry 12, who enjoy all types of good food, and we were not disappointed with this restaurant. From the moment we have arrived, the lady was very courteous and led us to the upstairs, which we had the room to ourselves. We raised a small concern as the air conditioning was not strong enough, but the helpful waiter tried to adjust the air conditioner without success, however, he brought a fan to help with the air flow, a really thoughtful gesture which helped.

As you can see from the pictures, we've ordered pretty much the whole menu and cleaned the plates 😁. The food was perfectly cooked and tasty. We have very fussy family eaters, but everyone, everyone (intentionally repeated 😊), really enjoyed the authentic Spanish food.

The white sangria is highly recommended as well.

All the staff from this restaurant deserves a pat on the back, for the genuine smile, the helpfulness and the effort they did to make our stay a wonderful experience.

We would definitely come back to this place if we're ever in Barcelona again.

Service was a little slow to start, but these guys know what they are doing!!!

Food this good at that price is an absolute steal!

The first plate was the gnocchi in pesto sauce. Perfectly cooked and brought to the table steaming hot. Tasted delightful. The touch of parmesan cheese made this dish shine. Used the bread to soak up the pesto sauce.

The second dish were the roasted cheeks and potatoes. This dish was the ultimate comfort food. The meat was tender as it was flavorful. The potato puree was buttery smooth and mixed well with the gravy from the meat. I literally smiled as I ate this delicious food. High marks!

Atmosphere inside is no fuss. The focus is on the food.

Will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Agachaito! We were a table of 12 people and got the whole upper floor to ourselves, it was a little hot but the lovely waiter brought a fan up to cool us down.

The service was amazing and so friendly, they had an English menu which made it easy for us to order, however you'll probably want to order the whole menu as everything is delicious, especially their croquettes and calamari!

We ended the night on a very happy note with free shots and yummy French toast and cinnamon ice cream~ We will definitely come back again if we're in Barcelona as this made our trip very memorable, thank you to everyone at...
