I don’t love torching businesses, but giving Artisa a 2 star would be a disservice to the star used to give it a ranking.

Zero urgency, zero customer service. Our order took longer than expected even though there was no waiting time to order.

The person at the till was the worse. Management needs to urge him to take some customer service training. I can't say the same about the people at the kitchen or the servers.

Highlight: Our entire table missed to choose the type of coffee we wanted when we ordered the "combo" meal deal. The Rockstar at the till could have had the courtesy of reminding us about that, but he didn't. When I went to claim for the coffee, I was asked to pay for it because we didn't tell him when we ordered. Yes, I accept that we failed to do that. We learned our lesson. Be ready to get penalized when you as a customer make a mistake. There is no way to fix it. You have to pay "again".

I could keep going with more stuff about this place, what a waste of time and money. Not a nice experience, at least...

Visited this place recently and was pleasantly surprised by the price and quality ratio. The food selection is extensive, with plenty of options including gluten-free choices. The coffee was particularly enjoyable, adding to the overall dining experience.

Additionally, they have outdoor seating area. The tables were a bit tall compared to the chairs, which may not be ideal for everyone. Unfortunately, during my visit, the noise from passing cars and nearby shops was quite noticeable, detracting from the overall ambiance. Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the establishment presents a visually appealing environment for dining.

The service could have been better. While you order at the counter and they bring your food to the table, the lack of tableside service was noticeable. Nonetheless, the variety and taste of the food make it a...

This is a detailed review (3 stars)

Food: (2 stars) The food selection is good, with few value deals in the menu, a lot of ham products as it is in most Spanish venues; you can’t really customise much and if you are not a fan with saturated oils, then good luck you won’t be able ask for it in different way. Sides; I would prefer more salad selection as sides.

Value for money: (4 stars)

Seating: (2 stars) for the dine-in seating is limited and no table ordering, so you need to grab a menu, chose pay and they will serve you.

Ambiance: (2 stars) The place is simple mid range design, a-bit old style; bit over crowded for space and stuff

Staff: (3 stars) My experience was at breakfast time, I found it over busy staff, I had to remove the stuff my self from the table and bring it to the counter. Over understaff, but they are...

This café is truly wonderful! Me and my brother came here everyday we were in barcelona and we were not once disappointed. The coffee is amazing and I don’t normally like coffee so that says a lot! The food was so good and there was something for everyone from traditional spanish to your normal everyday food plus they have vegan options! My brother loved the huevos rotos so I would definitely give that a try. The location was great and although it can be hard to find a table outside the inside is very cosy with music playing. The prices were reasonable and the baristas were so lovely and catered to our every need and put up with my terrible spanish. I can’t recommend this cafe enough and if I am ever in Barcelona again i will definitely return!

If you are looking for a cozy spot to fix your breakfast or just get in for a cuppa, this place is just right.. I am so glad that I landed here and had my breakfast here on both days I stayed at La Rambla.. I was here with my wife and daughter and we loved it.. The place was very modern, youth appealing.. cosy set up, great vibe and very friendly staff.. the coffee was good, and they even made it extra hot for me. Although modern, the food was excellent.. We had a ham and cheese 'bikini' sandwich and a French omelette.. which was a sumptuous yet tasty meal.. All in all 5 Star for them.. P.S. - if you are heading for sit down breakfast - better to reach there exactly by 9 when they open as the place can have a long queue starting 9 20..
