I don’t love torching businesses, but giving Artisa a 2 star would be a disservice to the star used to give it a ranking.
Zero urgency, zero customer service. Our order took longer than expected even though there was no waiting time to order.
The person at the till was the worse. Management needs to urge him to take some customer service training. I can't say the same about the people at the kitchen or the servers.
Highlight: Our entire table missed to choose the type of coffee we wanted when we ordered the "combo" meal deal. The Rockstar at the till could have had the courtesy of reminding us about that, but he didn't. When I went to claim for the coffee, I was asked to pay for it because we didn't tell him when we ordered. Yes, I accept that we failed to do that. We learned our lesson. Be ready to get penalized when you as a customer make a mistake. There is no way to fix it. You have to pay "again".
I could keep going with more stuff about this place, what a waste of time and money. Not a nice experience, at least...
Read moreVisited this place recently and was pleasantly surprised by the price and quality ratio. The food selection is extensive, with plenty of options including gluten-free choices. The coffee was particularly enjoyable, adding to the overall dining experience.
Additionally, they have outdoor seating area. The tables were a bit tall compared to the chairs, which may not be ideal for everyone. Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the establishment presents a visually appealing environment for dining.
The service could have been better. While you order at the counter and they bring your food to the table, the lack of tableside service was noticeable. Nonetheless, the variety and taste of the food make it a...

Food: (2 stars) The food selection is good, with few value deals in the menu, a lot of ham products as it is in most Spanish venues; you can’t really customise much and if you are not a fan with saturated oils, then good luck you won’t be able ask for it in different way. Sides; I would prefer more salad selection as sides.
Value for money: (4 stars)
Seating: (2 stars) for the dine-in seating is limited and no table ordering, so you need to grab a menu, chose pay and they will serve you.
Ambiance: (2 stars) The place is simple mid range design, a-bit old style; bit over crowded for space and stuff
Staff: (3 stars) My experience was at breakfast time, I found it over busy staff, I had to remove the stuff my self from the table and bring it to the counter. Over understaff, but they are...
