Worst dining experience in Barcelona, do NOT go here!! The food is completely overpriced, €19 for a shallow and flavourless paella. The service is horrendous, we were served food we didn’t order and informed the waiter we didn’t order it. He then told us it was on the house. However when we received the bill, we were charged €18 for food we didn’t even order AND we informed them we didn’t order it. When we told the waiter we shouldn’t have to pay for it, we were told that because we ate it, we had to pay. This restaurant took complete advantage of a group of young tourists to make some extra money. The waiters were laughing and when we asked to speak to the manager, he was also laughing too. We were treated terribly and only after threatening not to pay at all did they remove the charge. The waiter was also repeatedly talking to and staring at one girl in the group, despite being clearly much older than her. A complete money grab, avoid...

Today, we visited a bar to meet some friends. My friend has a fear of elevators, so we asked a staff member if we could use the stairs. He said it was possible but needed to check with the staff member at the desk. When we asked the person at the desk, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. He showed no concern for our request or our business.

We asked if the bar was his own business, and when he said it wasn’t, I questioned whether his boss would be okay with how he was treating customers. He responded sarcastically, "I don't care!" To confirm, I asked if he didn’t care if the company lost business because of his disrespectful attitude. Again, he replied, "I do not care," with clear disdain.

We do hope that member of staff seeks the help he needs to feel more secure and happy in his skin. It was a shame, because who doesn't love a roof bar. We ended up at a nearby bar called Ocana....

The service here was absolutely horrible. It all starts with a big sign that reads ‘Rooftop bar and Tapas’ to lure you in only to realise you need to be staying in this hotel to get up there. Didn’t even realise it was a hot with all the seating outside. We talked to 2 staff members about rooftop only for a random person to finally let us know we cannot go up. Then when we go back outside the server was very standoffish when we said that we only wanted to have tapas and drinks and no food. She sat us down but didn’t give us a menu until 8 min later. We finally got our 2 tapas and they were good and the sangria was good but I still think this place should be avoided because there are better prices and better service in other...
